Apartment vacation rentals in Maria da Fé

Hello, good afternoon. We were on the Carnival holiday of 2025. We were in 4 families, 10 people. The condominium is stunning, a tourist point of Campos do Jordao, all the time people taking pictures. The apartment is huge, as described. It had everything you can imagine of everyday utensils. In the kitchen, I had everything you need to eat. Water filter, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, gas stove. had washer and dryer, clothes dryers. cleaning utensils. the rooms complete with bedding, towels and heaters. tv, wi-fi. a complete apartment to stay. the host is a nice person and always asking questions. we were greeted by the condominium janitor, a friendly and helpful person. The only bad thing was having to leave. were wonderful days. the location is great, from going to the center of Capivari on foot.

Andrea's place is great! It has everything you need for a comfortable and practical stay! The location is excellent! Pertinho do Centrinho where there are several restaurants and entertainment. Just a few minutes of hiking! Ah, not to mention that Mr. João, extremely kind and helpful, helped us in everything we need! Our stay was a 10! We'd be back for sure!

My husband and I loved it! We wanted to live there. Everything is very clean, very cozy, it has everything there, oven, stove, microwave, the minibar is very icy and very fast, it had utensils such as a plate, cutlery, bowl, glass, cups... hairdryer, iron, a mini ironing board... the mattress is very comfortable, the living room sofa too... there is air conditioning in the whole house... a beautiful balcony... the TV had all the streamings... wonderful internet... Spacious bathroom with shower... the location is wonderful... very good garage... super nice employees... it has a wonderful sauna, swimming pool...gym... anyway! We can't wait to come back!!!!

Excellent accommodation, exactly as pictured, very beautiful, cozy. Tábata is very solicitous, respond quickly and very kind. I intend to return and stay here again.

The apartment is as in the photos, super comfortable and clean, close to everything and you can put the car in the garage and explore the region.

great apartment. as described in the photos.. kindness and cordiality of the staff is the key point.. all very polite and attentive. always concerned with serving us and always giving the best... perfect pool.. at 8 p.m., it was 12 degrees and in the pool... with perfect temperature. we simply love the place

Great! I highly recommend it. Sugar bread very close and the very safe place including the garage. It's well worth it! Just be careful with the iron, as it is a little used and can stain the clothes. Back again!

The property is exactly like the pictures. Very clean, spacious, well decorated and organized. Ricardo always responded to us with agility and proactivity. The apartment is very well located, near Sans Souci, Fábrica da Cacau Show, and it is possible to walk to Capivari Park. We are very pleased with our hosting!

I recommend the apt of Mr. Claudio. Very well located, covered parking, you can walk to Capivari if you want. The apartment is very well equipped with everything a family could need and with great space. Very hot shower and faucets also with hot water. Answered my call late at night to solve a problem which helped me a lot.

Iris is very attentive. Quiet stay, we were well taken care of. Great check-in and check-out times.

The stay was excellent, the apartment is exactly like in the pictures. The location is great, with easy access to all the main tourist spots, with market and everything close by. Gustavo was super helpful and welcomed us very well, with tips and guidelines about the city. We would definitely go back to staying there.

We had a wonderful experience at the apartment, I recommend and I will definitely return! Very cozy, close to everything, a relaxing atmosphere with a wonderful view. You don't have to worry about anything, it has iron and ironing board, basic cooking utensils, we caught rain one day and we didn't bring the umbrella, but it even did! Kátia is also a very considerate, caring and flexible hostess, I just have to thank you. 🫶🏻

Sensational. The place is wonderful, just like the photos, super comfortable to rest and cook, the building's doormen are very nice too. It's a 4-minute dirt road to get to the place, it's close to the center.

Our stay was wonderful the host and very requested. The location is right in the easy locomotion center. everything perfect . I hope to go back there again and again.

A gem in Campos. This is my seventh visit to the city and 7 was my lucky number, because this was my best stay. Great location, beautiful place, cozy apartment, easy access, proximity to restaurants and shops. Wonderful!!!

I love this hotel, best pool of all (always hot) and complete apartment, with daily cleaning (perfect by the way), recreation, gym, playground, outside the view that this is worth it , makes you feel that you are in Campos itself!!🍁. We did not use the heaters, but it had in the bedrooms and even in the living room .. many cabinets in the bedrooms, and places to support the suitcase.. Tv and internet great… everything perfect !! Note: Normal iFood arrives is one thing we love: towel dryer in the bathroom, we would bathe with the warm towel kkk

We love your stay, the restaurant inside the residence is wonderful. well-served breakfast, lunch and dinner with great price, better than eating in the centrinho. Warm heated swimming pool, it just didn't have a children's pool, but we love it and my 2-year-old baby too.

The days we stayed were very pleasant. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very organized and practical. The view from the enclosed balcony is wonderful! The hotel's infrastructure is also excellent for lunch/dinner, swimming pool, etc. We would definitely be back.

The apartment is impeccable, the place looks like it came out of a European movie, I loved the garden, the heating system was great, the apartment was cozy, clean, very well arranged and decorated. It was only a few days, but it was great

We love our stay period. Just We'd like to have stayed more days, as there is plenty to see and do in the area. The new and clean apartment. An amazing place that conveys peace and quiet.
