Beautifull appartment, 5 min walk to the beach. Perfect!

I was very happy with the apartment and time spent in Molfetta and around Puglia!! The location of the apartment was great, although I was a little annoyed with the street noise (cars etc) and the loud next door neighbours (other guests I guessed) during nighttime. In the apartment was everything I needed. Only a kettle to make tea would have been great (since evenings were becoming chilly in November and the radiator was still off 😅). I didn't meet Maria in person, but she was available via messages and was very thoughtful, helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot!

We had a great time. When we arrived, Alessia's grandmother welcomed us, who was very kind and hospitable. Alessia's place had everything you need for a stay. Ideal location to reach the various tourist towns (Vieste, Peschici, Foggia, Monte Sant'Angelo and S. Giovanni Rotondo). Alessia was flexible on check-in time and provided us with all the necessary information to be able to stay, even before our arrival at the property. The area is very quiet, there are also free beaches just outside the accommodation, with restaurants where you can eat on site or takeout, with excellent preparation of dishes. The center of Mattinata is easily accessible by car and offers many ovens and many amenities for the person. Great bread, focaccia, and panzerotti. We were very satisfied in our stay. Anna and her family were kind and helpful. It felt right at home, the garden and of an indescribable beauty. The sea is a few meters away, a minute's walk away by simply crossing the road at the bottom of the garden. Our little dog Audrey was welcomed with affection by Anna and her cats and on the beach where she could swim freely. Thanks Anna!

By far one of the most amazing AirBnB’s we have stayed at! Colomba was incredibly kind and welcoming and her place was beautiful! Mattinata will always have a special place in our hearts.

Apartment with a strategic location perfect for a relaxing vacation! The sea view from the balcony is truly spectacular – great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in complete privacy, as there are no buildings in front. The master bedroom is spacious and quiet, while the single bedroom is ideal for children. The living room is large and bright. 1 km from the center and close to everything: beach, shops, and restaurants. highly recommend it!

We had a lovely relaxing time with the beach so close and an easy walk into central Bari. The flat had a good energy and was very comfortable. We loved the vinyl record player and the variety of music to suit different moods. Maurizio was an excellent host and the information in the flat was very useful. We very much appreciated him organising a taxi for us to take us to the airport as there was a train strike that day. Great stay Maurizio - Grazie Mille!

First, thank you to our hosts, we felt very welcomed at their residence. Responsive communication. Gated private parking was a plus. The apartment on the 2nd level of the home was very comfortable, clean and the space indoors was perfect for the two of us. We loved the outdoor kitchen, patio and both private upper decks were perfect to follow the sun all day. From the upper decks we had view of the landscape of the sea. Gardens around property were gorgeous. The pool was big with a zero depth sundeck and plenty of chairs. The neighborhood was close to the grocery Lidl, and we found the neighborhood quiet and peaceful. Would stay again without a doubt.

I stayed for a few days with colleagues in this apartment near the sea. The area is very quiet, the house comfortable and clean, Giovanni is an attentive and helpful host, discreet and kind. Every morning he made us find fresh pastry products for breakfast and everything we needed. Highly recommended!

At San Matteo we had a great time, the structure of the supply of everything and the staff was very kind. Recommended

We had a great time there. Everyone is super nice and it is a really well-kept facility. Only two things we would rate as negative. The beds are clearly too hard, but of course we could sleep. And it's a pity that no lighting is possible at the playground in the evening. Otherwise, everything was PERFECT!!!! We enjoyed it very much as a family throughout the 2 weeks and we had an unforgettable vacation

the hospitality staff are responsive and very kind. The space with a large kitchen fits the needs of 2 adults with 1 child. The room is well laid out with a very comfortable large bed. The residence was quiet in early May however, the partitions are thin, you can hear the neighbors a little. The residence has a private beach with sunbeds as well as a swimming pool. On the other hand, the restaurant has quite high prices compared to other establishments frequented in the tourist region of Puglia. The dessert was expensive and barely defrosted. The dishes are not very hearty but very good.

We had an amazing stay at Il Trullo al Mare! Angelo (and the nearby neighbor, Igor) were lovely and super helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated Angelo's thoughtful welcoming and departing treats, and his recommendations for restaurants and places to see in the nearby area. When a couple of minor issues arose during our stay, Igor was super responsive and resolved these immediately. The pool is amazing, and we enjoyed that every day. The place is well stocked for cooking in, and there are restaurants in nearby towns - though these do require a car to reach easily. It was great to stay in a 'trullo'-style accommodation in the area that is so famous for these houses. I hope Angelo's plan to expand the place to accommodate more people will happen as I would love to organize it for a larger group of friends. I would definitely return to stay here again in lovely Puglia - it was a very comfortable place and an ideal base to explore the region. Grazie mille, Angelo!

What a fantastic place! We absolutely loved staying here. The place had everything we needed. The pool was a big bonus and the family were very kind and whenever we wanted to use it they would give us privacy. Angela was very accommodating and super friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in this area.

A wonderful apartment in the heart of Giovinazzo. It is next to the harbor and surrounded by many delicious restaurants. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is pretty overall. If necessary, you can sit in the door in the alley as in the movie and see people strolling by. The apartment is clean and the host is really very accommodating and supportive. Highly recommended.

Looking to avoid the touristy Rome, Florence, and other crowded Italian cities, but still want that Italian experience with all the beauty and activity that comes with it? Come to Bari and stay here! This place was perfect! Right in the middle of Old Town, with a big beautiful wooden front door exiting into a slew of restaurants, wineries, and people. Not too flashy and not too drab. It's just perfect! And the terrace overlooking the water? Seriously, you will not get a better deal than this if you choose Bari as your visiting city. Finally, the host was super awesome and responsive. Flexible check in, great recs, and just great personality. We accidently locked ourselves out one day and when we messaged them, they got us back in within less than an hour. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in town, that is, if it is available. Don't wait if it is. Just book!

Great apartment in the heart of Giovinazzo, Salvatore was easy to deal with

Apartment located in a strategic position to visit Trani as, despite being in the center, it is quiet and parking is also easily found. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. We had a very good time. Mrs. Katia who welcomed us is a very kind and helpful person.

We really enjoyed staying at Nicolettas place. The view from the terrace was truly spectacular! A private place and very clean, Nicoletta helped us with whatever we needed. Beach is super close, the city is 30 walk away. The only thing is that you should be prepared that no soap, salt, oil etc. are available unlike most Airbnbs. Also the Wi-Fi was not really working, so if that’s important for you, you might have a hard time 😅

I booked this place for my parents. They were in the area for work. My mother compliments me on the cleanliness. Maria was prompt and communicative. Absolutely recommended for value for money.

This is a very good apartment that is well presented and maintained. It is not small. There is off street car parking available. It is about a 20 minute walk from the old town. We enjoyed our stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at the place. In 5 minutes we were right in the center of the very nice town of Mattinata. And the surrounding beaches were also easily accessible. Friendly people and always a nice evening program made our stay there perfect!
