Had a lovely stay. The house is beautiful, super cozy, and the location is great. It's a little hard to find at night, so suggest following the sent instructions ;-)

The Pine's was magical. Great get away for my adult family & our grandchildren. It was like a home away from home. Very comfortable & close to town, beaches, cafes, Pubs & Restaurants. Tash & Chris's welcome message was a beautiful touch, along with the treats - we felt quite special. When the time came to leave it was bittersweet, as we had a terrific stay creating family memories whilst celebrating extend family Wedding at The Heads. We know we will love to do it all again! Thank you, Tash & Chris.

We had a really lovely stay. The house was bigger than the photos indicated. The kitchen was well equipped and having a washing machine and dryer was very handy. The children were able to hand feed parrots on the veranda and it was a short walk to see kangaroos on the golf course. There was a pleasant bush walk to the beach. The range of shops was good and the local IGA had everything we needed. The whole stay was perfect. Thanks Greg.

Best views by far of any place we've stayed in, glorious views of the sea and the bush all around. We spotted koalas, kangaroos, wallabies and many native birds near the house. The three separate living areas made this a brilliant place for a large family group as it was so quiet for sleeping and playing games separate from others when needed, but there was also a really lovely big shared living space. The local coastline is stunning, with a 5 minute drive to the coast and 10 to a good patrolled swimming beach, and scenic drives to both Lorne and Apollo Bay. Brigitte was super friendly, responsive and easy to deal with. We won't forget this unique stay.

We enjoyed our weekend at Grasslands Estate for our daughters first birthday. Plenty of space and the house had everything we needed.

We had the most amazing girls weekend at this place! Plenty of room for 8 women, loads of communal space, but lots of opportunities to tuck yourself away for a quiet moment or snooze In the lush bedrooms and linen. The indoor fire, bar, and lounge area were divine. We hopped between this space and the outdoor fire and courtyard all weekend. Everyone kept commenting on the luxury of the space and how quiet and peaceful it was. Complimentary wine, Nespresso machine, milk in the fridge - we literally had no complaints. Will absolutely come again!

We had a wonderful time at Sue's place. She's a great host, the box of chocolates was a delightful surprise that my kids loved it. The house is tidy, clean and cosy we loved it and our three legged pooch too. The garden is a beautiful area where I loved drink my cup of coffee in the morning.

Wow! Amy’s home is really lovely, modern and very spacious with everything you could want! If you have a large group or a few families this home is perfect. We particularly love the ample seating in the outside dining area, we spent heaps of time enjoying the sun and meals outside. And the upstairs bedroom/ retreat with balcony is wonderful for whoever scores this space! Our beds were comfortable and three bathrooms are great for our group, no waiting in line! The kitchen with butlers pantry is a nice addition and the dining table is a lovely solid piece that seats at least 10 people easily. Can’t say enough about this home. We would definitely stay again when returning to the area, thank you Amy, you’re a gem!

We have stayed at Helana’s place on several occasions. It has a very relaxed vibe and is reminiscent of my childhood holidays. It is in a great location, the yard is well fenced for our dogs and it has all the basics for a beach holiday with nothing pretentious. Thanks again Helana

Michelle was an absolute gem to deal with—warm, responsive, and incredibly accommodating at every turn. We booked the place last minute on a spontaneous decision to get away and she still made everything feel seamless. The house itself was huge—easily able to fit two big families comfortably, with three separate indoor living zones, two distinct outdoor entertaining areas, and a spacious, secure backyard that the kids absolutely loved. Our dog wasn’t allowed inside, which we initially found a bit frustrating—but once we arrived and saw the setup (and his muddy feet!), it made perfect sense and we fully respected the rule. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully laid out. You can tell Michelle really cares about the guest experience. It felt like a true home away from home and made our pre Easter break feel easy and relaxing. We left feeling refreshed and grateful—would absolutely return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Michelle!

Our stay at Brett’s house was one of the best places we have stayed through air bnb. Brett was very responsive. Contact made via the host prior to checking in and after arrival was a nice personal touch. Great location in the peaceful quiet location of Jan Juc with all amenities close by. Leafy and private with the coastline in the distance and within easy walking distance to the beach. Extra large house was a bonus which could cater for many guests wanting some downtime away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back again.

Wow! This place is amazing. We were a family group of 10. Two families of four and two grandparents. As a group we ranged from highly active to reduced mobility (walker) and it was an ideal environment for us all to explore and reconnect, over and over. There was something for everyone. The swimming pool was brilliant and it was a real treat to be swimming and looking at sheep and horses grazing in the paddock, with rolling hills and bush beyond. The kitchen was great and the dining table fit us all, so we enjoyed dinner around the table together each night after bushwalking the various tracks. We thought three nights would be enough to do everything as the property looked to be reasonably remote, but we were wrong. There is so much to explore in the local towns and within the property. We loved it so much that we are already booking again for next year! Highly recommend if you want space to relax, bushwalk, and reconnect with loved ones. I could say more but I've run out of words!

A beautiful home and relaxing place to stay. Outdoor area and pool were amazing and the whole place was clean and tidy. Walking distance to the beach and coffee shops. Would highly recommend this lovely home.

Our stay at Doris's place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was not only spotless and stylish, mirroring the photos perfectly, but it was also incredibly welcoming. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the milk,sugar and well-stocked kitchen, which made us feel right at home. The location was ideal as well. Doris was a brilliant host, always quick to respond to our questions and providing helpful information about the area. The check-in process was seamless, and we loved the convenience of the private entrance. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and centrally located place to stay in Jan Juc , very close to Torquay. We can't wait to return!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Raven Retreat! Spacious property, great location and a fabulous gas heated pool! We had a couple of small issues but the Regional Escapes team were very fast to respond to our message and sent out a maintenance man very quickly. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Three generations of my family returned to make some more wonderful memories. The views are gorgeous. The kids love running around the property, bouncing on the trampoline and even going for a dip in the pool. We LOVE staying here!

What a beautiful home on offer! So much space and smart layout. We are two family staying so everyone had their own space. Perfect location close to supermarket, restaurants and outdoor soccer pits nearby. Thank you for having us!

This is a gorgeous place to stay. The house is really beautiful with lots of interesting spaces and it is so light, spacious, and inviting. Bedrooms all comfortable. The stand out is the spa and pool, we loved being able to use both, the pool was deep and a comfortable temperature. Highly recommend staying here.

Loved our stay at Bec's! Perfect mix of country peace and coastal convenience - we had curious cows at the fence while being just minutes from Barwon Heads. The heated pool was a winner during the cool summer, and being able to bring our dog Oreo made it extra special. The golf club nearby does great food and drinks (fab happy hour on Fridays!). Spacious, clean, and genuinely relaxing - exactly what we were after!"​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We were extremely grateful for Kelly for squeezing us in when our accomodation fell through elsewhere. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for our family stay. The pool was a great temperature and was used daily. The couch and beds were all extra comfy. We really enjoyed our stay. We only have one minor negative in relation to its location. The homes back fence is on the main road and also shared the fence line with a petrol station. Therefore you do hear the traffic as well as the trucks sitting idle waiting. It’s more noticeable when sitting in the back entertaining area.
