Host fantastica, siamo stati benissimo. Debora gentilissima e molto disponibile, anche sulla flessibilità di orari di check in.

Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sie ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung stand ein von Giulias Mutter selbst gebackenes Osterbrot auf dem Tisch. Der Empfang war herzlich, der Check in völlig problemlos und unkompliziert. Das gleiche gilt für den Checkout. Ich kann diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Giulia und ihre Mutter Giovannasind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in San Marino. Auch findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Daumen hoch für alles und vielen Dank für eure Herzlichkeit.

Appartamento in ottima posizione per visitare il centro città e per raggiungere il lungomare. L'host Enrico è una persona gentile e amichevole con cui è stato piacevole interagire. Ci ha fornito indicazioni utili e precise per il nostro soggiorno e la comunicazione è stata perfetta. Host e appartamento consogliatissimi.

Tutto perfetto - dal check-in alla posizione e pulizia dell’alloggio. Una ottima struttura immersa nel verde, a solo 10 minuti dal mare. Carlo e Novella sono host gentilissimi, con cui avere ottime conversazioni! Grazie mille anche per i consigli sulla zona. Buonissima anche la colazione! Assolutamente da raccomandare.

Il B&B La Casetta è un ambiente estremamente accogliente e pulito, curato nei minimi particolari. Le camere sono ampie, con letti che conciliano il sonno! Di notte il centro storico è silenzioso e il riposo è favorito dalle campane, che alle 21.00 suonano delicatamente una ninna nanna e dalla brezza marina, che giunge dal mare a quattro kilometri! Comoda sala da pranzo con divano, tv e caminetto. Lo immagino d'inverno acceso, il baluginare delle fiamme tra il giallo e il rosso scaldano e rendono ancora più romantico l'ambiente. L'angolo cucina è ben attrezzato, la colazione super abbondante e il profumo dei dolci fatti in casa inebriano l'aria. Francesca e Vincenzo sono stati due padroni di casa molto calorosi nell'accoglierci, disponibili a darci indicazioni turistiche ed enogastronomiche. Che dire un'esperienza sicuramente da rifare e consigliare a tutti, sarà un toccasana per la mente e l'animo!

We had a great stay at Daniele’s accommodation. Well situated for exploring Urbino and the surrounding areas. It is on a main road but you have no noise as the property is set back behind another . Check in and arrival information very easy and clear. We had booked all three bedrooms of the B&B so had the place entirely to ourselves. It’s incredibly clean, modern and very comfortable. Be aware there is no lounge/sitting area but there is a large dining table to sit around off the kitchen. This is a B&B so there are no formal cooking facilities - but fridge/coffee machine/ microwave available in the modern kitchen. Breakfast is extensive and generous. Daniele and his family are all very friendly and welcoming - and happy to provide information about the area. Would absolutely recommend a stay here.

lovely place with 3 bedrooms and room for 7 in total. large apartment overall and plenty space in kitchen lovely views, quiet location and perfect placed for Misano circuit. only downsides are the electric plugs are some old design, and modern adapters didn't work, lucky the owner had installed a couple weeks could use great stay, lovely restaurants nearby by car, nothing is walkable

Es war einfach perfekt!Morciano ist ein kleiner Ort mit ganz lieben Menschen :) alle notwendigen Geschäften befinden sich in der Nähe und sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.Die Unterkunft selbst ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern!Alles so liebevoll dekoriert!In der Küche hat man alles, was man braucht, sogar Kaffee, Zucker, Salz und Tee.Was noch total süß ist, dass der Gastgeber sogar Croissants, Marmelade und Kekse sowie zwei Wasserflaschen bereitstellt. Im Bad findet man ebenso alles, was man braucht, die Handtücher werden regelmäßig gewechselt.Was Paolo angeht, ganz große Klasse!Für jedes Anliegen kann man ihn sofort kontaktieren und bekommt auch umgehend eine Antwort!Tolle Empfehlungen von ihm bekommen bezüglich Restaurants und Strand(10 Autominuten in Cattolica).Zwischendurch brachte Paolo uns leckere Feigen zum Probieren und bei Abreise ein Abschiedsgeschenk mit heimischen Leckereien!Paolo, vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt & deine Herzlichkeit :)wir kommen wieder!

Mooi en ruim appartement op een minuut loopafstand van het strand en winkeltjes en horeca. Met een eigen parkeerplaats op 50 meter afstand. De twee strandbedjes (inclusief !!) maken het helemaal af. Carlotta is een attente host die goed communiceert en heel snel reageert. Kortom: een aanrader.

Silvia ist jederzeit gut erreichbar, beantwortet Fragen und kommt auch vorbei, wenn man Hilfe benötigt. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet, alles geschmackvoll abgestimmt. Die ganze Wohnanlage ist gepflegt und die Wohnung ist ruhig. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden

Tutto perfetto, l'appartamento era fornito di tutti i comfort che raramente si trovano tra cui shampoo, bagno schiuma, caffè, pasta etc..

Ecco una possibile recensione: Appartamento perfetto per la nostra famiglia con due bambini piccoli. La posizione centrale e la pulizia impeccabile hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole durante l'evento della Befana. La casa è ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario. Se dovessimo tornare in zona, lo sceglieremmo sicuramente di nuovo!

Lovely, warm apartment with great views- at the front over to Rimini and the Adriatic and a side view of the castles above at San Marino City which looked particularly good at night. The apartment had everything we needed. Chiara sent photos to help us locate the apartment and the parking space which was very helpful although it still took us a few minutes to find it! The apartment had everything we needed. Due to the thick walls, the wi-fi signal was only really good in the living room but that was fine for us. Only a 5 minute walk to the gondola taking you up to the city.

Nicoletta was very welcoming and accommodating. She was always responsive and proactive and made me feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with breakfast items and the bedroom was nice and cosy. Her place is about a thirty minute walk from the beach which you can get to by walking through the lovely Parco Fabbri and just a five minute walk from the house is Parco Giovanni Paolo II, which is a peaceful place to take a stroll by the lake. I will definitely be hoping to book the place again the next time I am in Rimini!

The locations is beautiful, peaceful and scenic. The accommodation matched the description and was very comfortable. Having access to a washing machine and dryer was very welcome. The staff were lovely and it was great to be able to get breakfast as part of the arrangement or relax with a cool drink in the afternoon .

Siamo stati ospiti de La Casetta B&B e abbiamo avuto un'esperienza fantastica! La proprietaria, Elisa è stata davvero accogliente e ospitale. La stanza era pulita, confortevole e ben arredata. Il trattamento personalizzato e l'attenzione ai dettagli hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale.

Massimiliano e Carmen ci hanno accolto con la massima disponibilità e tanta simpatia. Ottimi i loro consigli su cosa visitare e dove andare a mangiare. Pulizia superlativa e cura nei dettagli della camera. Colazione super, prodotti freschi, dolci e salati, preparati da Carmen. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ma in posizione strategica per visitare le attrazioni della zona, come Gradara, Fiorenzuola di Focara, Pesaro e Urbino. Consiglio senza ombra di dubbio questa struttura gestita da persone che hanno a cuore gli ospiti.

camera carina dotata di tutti i confort,Elvezia si è mostrata molto disponibile e simpatica,colazione abbondante e buona!se dovessi andare nuovamente da quelle parti senza dubbio non esiterò a contattarla.

Ottima esperienza, a partire dalla comunicazione che è stata chiara e con rapidi riscontri. Antonella è stata molto disponibile e flessibile di fronte ai nostri imprevisti di viaggio. Gentilezza e cordialità hanno reso piacevole l'esperienza, la camera e il bagno corrispondono alla descrizione ed erano pulitissime. E la colazione con le torte fatte in casa è super! È già la seconda volta che alloggiamo nella struttura, e alla prossima occasione torneremo sicuramente!

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. Thank you

nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez lucas. tout a été parfait. une résidence entretenue avec soin, parfaitement propre. la chambre est très bien isolée du bruit, une literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien copieux avec des produits frais et de qualité. concernant lucas il est à l'écoute de ses clients, arrangeant et très agréable. nous recommandons fortement cet établissement.

Auf einem Hügel mit traumhafter Aussicht, morgens den Sonnenaufgang durch die großen Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer genießen, im Garten mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume von Agnese und in die wunderschöne Landschaft frühstücken...was will man mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig. Die Küche mit 5 flammigem Herd und Backofen läd zum Kochen ein, wenn man denn einmal nicht in einer der Trattorien der Umgebung mit romagnolischer Kücher essen möchte. Agnese ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und mit ihren Tipps haben zum Gelingen unseres Urlaubs wesentlich beigetragen. Was man wissen sollte...die Gegend ab Haus ist eher etwas für sportlch ambitionierte Radfahrer, man kann aber direkt schöne Wanderungen unternehmen; die Zufahrt über einen Kiesweg ist etwas holprig aber gut machbar; man braucht ein Auto zum Einkaufen und zur Erkundung der wunderschönen weiteren Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!
