House vacation rentals in Mareau-aux-Prés

We rented to celebrate my little sister's 18th birthday with her friends and we really loved it, a very large space, a peaceful place. That was perfect!! We will come back but as a family to enjoy even more. Thanks Katia, Nadine

We loved our stay at Gerard’s place. It was very peaceful and quiet. Gerard was a total superstar when we got lost and had a puncture at the same time. He came to rescue us in the village and then insisted on taking me to get the tyre repaired the next day on a French public holiday. He then helped to provide tools to change the wheel on the car. This was so helpful and way above expectations. I am sorry we took so much of Gerard’s time but he was so nice to us and we were able to have a great time at the old stable despite our car problems. I would recommend using the directions Gerard provides on the messages rather than the default directions on the Airbnb app (which was our mistake). We had a wonderful meal at the Auberge du Cerf restaurant about 5-10 minutes drive away.

Great place. Pool a few steps away when you go out on the terrace. Very accommodating and helpful host, while being very discreet. I recommend without hesitation

A week of visits to Chateaux and Beauval Zoo, this cottage is very well located We have 4 dogs, large grounds. Pétanque court, barbecue with veranda shelter, fireplace when it's cold with wood provided... Nice just renovated cottage near Orleans. From the house you can cycle to the cycling route along the Loire. There were two of us and enough for that. Beds are like many in Belgium 140 wide. 1 bed squeaked quite a bit. This is indicated and assume that Pierre will remedy that.

The stay at Chantal and Jean-Michel's house went very well. When entering the accommodation, it may seem a little rustic (especially the living room) but you quickly get your bearings and get used to this atypical charm of old chalet-type houses. Communication with Jean-Michel was more than perfect. He showed exceptional attention to us for the comfort of the whole family. We were afraid that the heating would not be sufficient for the winter period but finally the temperature was ideal (without having to light the fireplace). The whole family (big and small) felt good in this little haven of peace. The area is beautiful, with lots of things to do with the little ones in the area (walks, castles, Beauval Zoo 1 hour away, small villages nearby). We will surely come back in the spring to enjoy the outdoors and activities in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Christian provided detailed instructions and recommendations. Everything you might need is close by in the village i.e restaurants, ATMs. food markets etc. Moreover, the location is central to popular attractions in the area such as Chambord and Clemenceau. The apartment is spacious and would easily accommodate four people.

We had a great stay with Nathalie who not only understood what we were looking for but also knew how to anticipate our expectations, the accommodation is even better than in the photo, clean and tastefully decorated, the garden is beautiful, a lot of things to do in the area. We'll be happy to go back!

This is a very well equipped and very well decorated cottage. The kitchen is spacious and offers all the equipment you need. The dining area and living room allow more than 8 people to eat and rest The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of storage. The covered terrace outside is lovely. The children really enjoyed the games and toys at their disposal We highly recommend this gite.

My friends and I had a lovely time staying at Patricia’s home in Olivet, France! It was so peaceful and beautiful and looked even better in person than on the pictures. Very good stay at Isabelle's where we felt comfortable in a quiet and soothing environment. Very well equipped. The kids loved feeding the chickens and eating their eggs... The banks of the Loiret are timeless just around the corner. The city of Orléans has many points of interest. We loved the floral park. We recommend it.
