The location is excellent, the homestay occupies a very good viewpoint, you can see the beautiful scenery of the ancient city while sitting in the yard, it is very convenient to make a simple meal in the owner's kitchen, check-in and check-out are very convenient, the owner answers questions very timely, the bedding is also clean, the only problem is that it is not very friendly for people with large and multiple luggage and people with mobility issues, there are many stairs to go up and down, but the old city is built on a hillside, and good view accommodation all face this problem.

We had a great two nights at the place. A very good location and nice amenities. Osman personally welcomed us and everything worked in the rooms - kettle, TV and showers etc. Shampoo, soap and hairdryer were also there. Thank you! Otherwise, you should be a good walker in Mardin, as there are some stairs to climb. Thank you for the great place to stay.

We contacted Ms. Nadire to stay in this magnificent ancient mansion. She was very quick and clear in communication. The mansion is run by Ms. Nadire and her husband, Mr. Omer. Before we arrived in Mardin, they contacted us and told us at what time we would be in Mardin and how to reach the mansion. When we arrived in Mardin, we called Mr. Omer and greeted us and took us to the mansion. Very close to the old PTT building. The mansion is an ancient architectural work. Thus, it is a cool structure where you will not feel the heat of Mardin. We stayed with two people in this villa. There is a double bed in the room, a spacious closet for your clothes. The room has a private bathroom, ideal for two people. The room was clean and tidy and the same as the photos. The unique terrace of the mansion overlooks Mesopotamia. Walking distance to the mansion places to visit. A safe mansion. Mr. Ömer is a scholarly historian and intellectual. She welcomed us to her cafe, offered a deep conversation and a warm home environment. It was quick to reach. Accurate and safe for travel. Our new home. We are happy.

Veysel is an amazing host (extremely helpful, reactive and flexible) and his accommodation makes you feel at home. The room is cozy and very clean, the bed and the blankets are comfortable, and a table has been added so I could work for a few hours. There is a lovely courtyard and the location is central, easily reachable by the bus from the bus station or by taxi (there are some stairs, so it might be annoying with heavy luggage but it is definitely worth it). The main spots in Mardin are within walkable distance. The price is more than fair. I definitely recommend Veysel's house!

This lovely place is situated in the heart of Mardin, close to all the attractions. It’s clean and offers a breathtaking view of Mesopotamia.

I met with Ömer, he will make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. He will offer you everything you need and more. The room was as good as I had imagined and the shared terrace offers you a lovely view with peace and quiet amidst the lively sounds of the neighborhood.

Veysel's place is very well located, in a quiet ally close by to the main street. The kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped for short or long stays. Veysel kindly answered all my questions and helped me find a bus to the airport on my last day. The room is comfortable although slightly humid. Altogether a great, cost-efficient option for staying in Mardin!
