A lovely place in a quiet village not too far from Reims, a welcoming host with a lovely property and good enclosed garden, perfect for our dog. The addition of a filter coffee machine was great. Parking is easy nearby. The bathroom has been upgraded since the photographs with a nice big and powerful shower. We would visit again.

Charming well-equipped house, excellent bedding and a plus the fireplace for cool evenings. We had lunch outside and enjoyed the calm while being close to Epernay, Reims and the Champagne countryside. A property to remember.

Marie-Dominique is a particularly nice and helpful host. She's got her things done just fine. After a collision, she contacted the police for us. Very nice because we don't speak French. Well-equipped cozy cottage. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay. 10 min by car from Sézanne. With a great restaurant Flow, bakery and large supermarket. The house was equipped with all comforts. Very comfortable beds, pleasantly sun-drenched terrace and the surroundings were beautiful and wonderfully quiet. Also nice of our dog to join us. We absolutely recommend this accommodation and would definitely go back ourselves.

We had the most wonderful overnight stay here with our two children. Even before our stay we were in touch with Michel, who already told us that he had a ‘mini-market’ in the kitchen and fridge with items to buy (great prices). This was comforting because it was Easter Day. Michel was there to receive us and guided us to the annex next to his residence. We immediately felt at home. The house is clean and has all you need and more. The pool is clean and warm (even in April) and Michel already heated the jacuzzi. The garden was kept nicely and Michel put cushions on the beds and lounge beside the pool. We lit the outside fireplace for diner and enjoyed the evening. In the morning Michel showed us a great 10k run and we even enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi again. Michel is the most lovely and caring host we ever met in a b&b. Truly amazing and we will be back!

Great value for money, friendly, helpful and a gorgeous house puppy for a bonus! Swimming pool was always free for us to use. Nice outdoor seating area and BbQ. All the bars restaurants and cafes a short walk away. Friendly family who were kind and welcoming. Would definitely recommend

This place was perfect. We stayed as two families with young kids and it was very well suited. Great pool, great kitchen and eating options in the house. The downstairs was just stunning and so many options for the kids, from tennis, to swimming, to the climbing frame. We would stay again for sure.

The warm welcome of the hosts, combined with the authentic atmosphere and charm of the place, made our stay perfect. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything one can dream of. Each room exudes history and offers modern comforts, ideal for relaxing with families or groups of friends. The bedrooms are big, bright, and the beds are very comfortable. The garden and surrounding area are gorgeous. We particularly enjoyed the evenings around the chimney. Great for celebrating a family birthday. The house has 6 bedrooms, 3 with 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor and 3 with 1 bathroom on the second. There are several lounge areas, as well as on each floor. Books and games for entertainment and an office area for remote work. The dining room is huge with a game room at the back. Given the season, we couldn't enjoy the pool and garden but in summer it must be very nice. Dogs are accepted by the owner. We also appreciated her kindness and flexibility at all times. In short, nothing prevents us from coming back.

Small but functional accommodation where you feel good , very clean with good bedding. The decor of the room is original and tastefully made. The small private garden with terrace is a real fact more than my faithful four-legged companion loved it!!! I recommend

Great place! Keep in mind there are two toilets in the four bathrooms so plan accordingly, lol. Sebastien was a great host and quick to respond to any questions. We would stay here again.

Perfect accommodation for a visit to Reims, very easy communication with Adrien.

The property is located exactly inside the cellar so the location is very suggestive and offers the possibility of tasting on site. However, in the evening you can enjoy perfect silence. We were warmly welcomed with our little dog. The house has the amenities and features described. The area is optimal for visits and purchases in the Cote de Blancs.
