Quite a good place to stay when in Baku. It is close to main attractions, public transport within walkable approach, supermarket in the building and easy to reach. Special thanks to Rail and Rashad for their prompt reply and service. They even allowed us to store our luggage after checking out till the flight time. Would recommend them.

I did not meet Azer in person but he responded to every request. His instructions to access the apartment was very clear. Azeri’s place is located in a quiet and safe residential area of Baku and there are shops and restaurants within 8-10 minutes walking distance. The metro is a bit far and takes about 15 minutes to walk and is called Ganjlik metro and is called to a large mall called Ganjlik Mall. Bolt taxis are easily accessible and reasonably priced. For some reason Google Map does not show Azeri’s place but in the Bolt taxi app it’s not an issue. Azeri’s place is value for money with two huge en-suite bedrooms and is well heated as well as air conditioned. The floors of the bathrooms are also heated. The living, dining and kitchen space is also very big. The master bedroom opens to balcony and the room size is like a small apartment. Azer is a nice and honest guy and did not increase the rent of his place during COP 29 in Baku when prices quadrupled in many Airbnb places.

The apartment is very beautiful, with great design and an excellent location. Salim was very polite and friendly, and he sent detailed check-in instructions. The only thing that let us down a little was the bathroom — it could use some renovation and more attention to cleanliness. If that gets fixed, this place would be an easy 5-star stay. Big thanks to Salim for his hospitality and the opportunity to stay in the heart of Baku!

We stayed at this cozy apartment with my husband and two young kids, and we had a wonderful experience. The flat was just as described — clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including amenities for the kids. The secure yard with a playground and plenty of activities for children was a huge bonus! The location was ideal — close to public transportation, local shops, and great restaurants. Arif, the host, was fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our time there. We highly recommend this flat for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay in Baku!

When I have a work trip in Baku I always check for this apartment availability as it’s the most comfortable option for me with given conditions

ilger ist ein toller Gastgeber , freundlich und hilfsbereit . Die Wohnung befindet keine 200 Meter vom yasamal Park entfernt. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten um etwas zu unternehmen, auch die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen ( 4 km ) . Die Wohnung ist authentisch und kuschelig , wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Ev küçük ama temiz, nizami caddesine çok yakın ve benzer konumdaki yerlere göre çok uygun fiyatlıydı. Bizimle ilgilenen komşu hanımefendi çok tatlıydı, valizlerimizi bizim için birkaç saatliğine kendi evinde sakladı. Apartmanın içine girince biraz eski bir yapı ama sanırım bölgedeki çoğu ev bu şekilde. Evde normal yürürken bile ev sallanıyor, o bizi biraz tedirgin etse de ev temiz ve içi yapılıydı, ev sahibi anında mesajlara dönüyordu ve komşu hanımefendinin tatlılığı sebebiyle bir daha gelsem yine konaklarım.

The apartment is a great find in Baku. Brand new. Some of the building and surrounding buildings are still being finished in fact but it did not spoil my enjoyment of the place one bit. There was no construction noise. The place is pristine, safe, beautifully decorated and very convenient and comfortable. I got around using the local taxi service Bolt which is very reliable and affordable. You can also walk to many shops and restaurants in about 10 minutes or less. If you want to feel like you live in Baku and not in a touristy hotel, even for a few days, then this is the place for you. Would definitely stay here again. Access was great particularly as I arrived late at night and left in the early hours, ride to airport was quick and easy too! 5 stars all round.

We stayed 6 nights and we enjoyed the place and the surroundings. Many restaurants nearby and the gym 7 minutes away. Tural is responsive and friendly so if you have any questions or concerns he would be immediately available. Hot water, heating and Internet worked well and we haven’t had any issues during our stay. Overall good and comfortable place.

I would like to thank to Tamerlan for making my trip to Azerbaijan enjoyable. There were a couple of issues, one of which was a not so accurate address listed on Airbnb during check-in. To avoid any confusion, make sure to contact Tamerlan for the exact block name so you can find the correct location it’s Block 9, down the cul-de-sac. We encountered a few issues, such as noise from the neighbours children banging and shouting and some problems with the gas not working. However, Tamerlan went above and beyond to resolve these issues quickly and ensure a comfortable stay to the best of his ability. He is a very welcoming, friendly, and open-minded person who is always ready to help and meet new people.The flat itself is well-equipped for long-term stays, with high ceilings and all the necessary amenities. It’s only a 10-minute walk (at most) to the metro. Additionally, there are multiple corner shops and supermarkets walkable from the property. Thank you for everything!

It's a very quaint house. It's on the fourth floor and there's no lift, which could be an issue for some. The house was very affordable for F1 week, it was clean and well maintained. Shahin and his mom were very helpful, proactive communication. The location is very great, there's metro and bus stops very close. There are grocery shops and restaurants close by too.

Fidan Hanım çok yardımsever, çok anlayışlı, çok kibar bir ev sahibiydi. Hem geliş uçak saatimiz hem de dönüş uçal saatimiz geceydi. sabah 6:00 da evin anahtatını bize verebilmek için gece yollara düşmüş. Çok sağolsun erken giriş için bize yardımcı oldu. Araba park yeri dolu olduğu için alternatif park yerine kadar kendi arabası ile eşlik edip yol gösterdi. Eve giriş - çıkış ve ulaşım oldukça kolaydı. Ev oldukça geniş ve kullanışlıydı. Bazı ufak tefek aksilikler yaşadık ama tekrarlanacak şeyler olmadığını düşünüyorum. Fidan Hanıma bahsettiğimde, kendisi de şaşırdı ve defalarca özür diledi. Ama anlık bir sorun olduğunu düşündüğüm için sorun etmedim. ayrıca dönüş uçağımızda gece olduğu için evden çıkış saatimizi de sorun etmedi, gece oldukça geç saatte evi boşaltmamıza anlayış gösterdi. Ev merkezi konumdaydı. Biz araba ile ulaşım sağladığımız için toplu ulaşım açısından yorum yapamam ama araba ile ulaşmak çok rahat ve kolaydı. kesinlikle önerebileceğim bir ev ve ev sahibiydi. teşekkürler.

Zakir is a perfect host to have. Right from the beginning we never felt like we are talking to a stranger. He not only explained the house instructions clearly but also helped us buying groceries on his personal car. House was more than what we saw in the pictures. It was a newly built clean house away from the city and close to the beach. Pool area was super clean with good lighting at night. House 10/10 Host 11/10 for helping us buying groceries. Recommendation a microwave oven in Kitchen will help guests warming their food 😋

The house has 3 floors with 3 bedrooms and 5 total beds with extra bed for babies. The place was very clean and I really liked the park in front of the house. The host was very nice person and her English is very good. We felt very welcomed and we felt like home.
