Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Marcus Hill

Loved our stay at Barwon Heads. The house was clean and the beds were super comfy. A well appointed kitchen made self catering easy when we didn't want to brave the Easter crowds. Fabulous location close to the river and our dog Baxter loved the back yard with plenty of space to sniff and play.

It was perfect place for our weekend getaway to explore Mornington and surronds. Angela was very helpful and flexible with check-in/check-out. The place was comfortable, well equipped with appliances and amenities, with great access to the beach across the road.

Wonderful stay. Everything was as described and as pictured. Perfect for large family groups, plenty of space to come together and separate for quiet time. We had 3 young children and they made good use out of the upstairs living space (“playroom”) and trampoline. The pool once we got it sorted was the perfect temperature. Rooms were very clean and very spacious. Great kitchen and welll stocked with cleaning products as was the laundry. Check in/out was easy and Anna was friendly and a very responsive host.

Loved our stay at Andrews place! The house is in a great location, and is a walking distance to the main parts of Rye. The house itself is clean and well equipped with everything you need, and the mountain views really uplift the experience of sitting on the deck, particularly in the mornings as you catch a beautiful sunrise. Andrew himself is an excellent host, and was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Definitely recommend!

Rod’s place was easy to find and located close to shops and the beach. It had a beautiful sunset view and lots of seating to enjoy on the verandah. There was lots of space for our family in the house with 2 living spaces. The house was decorated with Rod’s passion for music. The kitchen was well equipped with more appliances than a usual Airbnb. The pantry was also well stocked with plenty of extras. Lots of space for our dog to run around outside as well. There were also lots of tv screens every where enough for everyone to choose what they wanted to watch. Board games provided entertainment for our little ones. Lots of wood provided for a lovely fireplace in the colder months. Thank you for having our family.

The family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely, comfortable and the backyard was brilliant for the dogs. Everyone had room to be together and space for relaxation. Plus the location was super close to the hotsprings and local cafes. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Lavinia!

This amazing place felt so warm and welcoming. It was described to a tea. Family friendly and the backyard is immaculate! Swing set and Trampoline for entertainment. Would definitely recommend:)

Werner and Karys home was very beautiful. Best home to live in Geelong which is close to Market and city centre.The view outside the balcony was amazing.The house is mix of old and latest technology and they are very thoughtful and have provided all the items which you can think of on your holiday trip. Thankyou so much for sharing your home with us and will surely book you again when we book our next trip for Geelong.

It was a very clean place that exceeded our expectations. A slightly earlier check-in and later checkout would have been preferred, as we were only staying one night and didn’t get to spend much time at the accom. Other than that - many thanks for the wonderful stay!

Maree provides a seamless checkin and exit process. Unit was spotless and fully equipped, instructions were clear and thorough. Location is excellent! Couple of minutes walk to the water and restaurants. Super handy to get to and from Avalon airport. Couch and bed very comfortable. Really liked the flexible layout of the living space! Perfect for what we needed, a base to stay while we attended a wedding and visited friends. Price is very reasonable and comparable to hotel rates but with the added bonus of having the entire place to yourself! Would certainly stay here again when we next visit Geelong. The perfect place for two for a weekend in Lorne! The views were excellent and the place was clean and tidy. Ronda was very responsive and made check in a breeze. Would stay here again for sure!

We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. Our stay was wonderful! The unit was immaculate upon our arrival, it was a warm day & it was so nice to walk in to find the balcony doors open providing airflow 😀 We loved the location, easy walk to restaurants and the esplanade, & the views from the balcony were a highlight! It was a very relaxing weekend and we would highly recommend Julie’s place. Put simply, it truly is a home away from home ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay at Claire’s beautiful home! We were absolutely blown away by the property and the cleanliness of everything inside! Beds were comfy, cozy and we all slept like babies! Location is perfect and the kids absolutely loved staying here! There was not one thing that was missing that we needed so it felt just like home! Claire was an absolute delight to communicate with and we can’t wait to return!
