Relax in this quiet and stylish 72m2 3 room home overlooking a private garden. Located in Centre Alsace, Marckolsheim immerses you in the great ried. You can shine in our beautiful region to discover the wine route, its typical villages, its museums, its historical and gastronomic heritage, the world famous Europa Park as well as its water park. The jacuzzi is available from 04/01 to 10/31 (from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). Outside of these dates, it is unavailable.

The small house (maisonette) with a magnificent view as far as the Vosges Mountains of France is located on the outskirts of the small town of Herbolzheim, directly in the foothills of the Black Forest. From here it is a stone's throw to the vineyards behind. The wine region Alsace, the amusement park "Europapark" and the water park "Rulantica" (10 min. away), the Europa-Park Golfclub Breisgau and the Black Forest (National Park) are great destinations from here.

The large terrace invites you to linger. A parking place is available.
