Thanks to Xavier for this great stay. We were 2 families with 3 children and enjoyed the quality of the welcome, the flexibility, Xavier's advice but also the accommodation which was brand new, very clean, very well equipped (kitchen like at home, bed linen & bathroom at the top) and in a quiet environment. We highly recommend Xavier's place and will be back soon to see the progress of his ambitious project.

A very nice apartment with a very nice decoration. The space is well optimized. There is everything you need inside: wifi connections, coffee machine with pods, mirror in the bathroom with the possibility of putting music on it... Anyway, ideal for a pleasant stay. A very friendly host who is responsive to messages. I recommend it.

Élodie and her family are very welcoming and helpful and open to reviews or improvements (for example, ready for a raclette machine). The accommodation is located in a lost corner in Isère, near Pajay, ideally close to my sister's home near faramans, so perfect 👍🏼and I really appreciated the calm of the countryside and the accommodation heated by these cold weather at the end of December 2024. a big thank you and we will be back. Amazing stay! Perfect welcome, the host is really nice! The listing's location is quiet. The accommodation itself is super functional, everything is impeccable and the mattress of the bed is the best! Very beautiful and well renovated house with quality amenities. The house is bright and in a good location, quiet. We were hosted very well and communication was smooth. The check-out was able to be adjusted according to our needs. If you are a large group, it should be noted that the upper spaces are not closed and the noise from the ground floor rises a lot. If you have a deep sleep, no worries! Thanks again for our stay!
