New wooden annex, cozy, beautiful view of the Chartreuse and valley. 1 km from the city center where all amenities are located, (historic market on Sunday) and 3 min from the lake by car (many beaches). Hiking with family and difficult levels. Bike paths around the lake. Paragliding flights, water activities (kayaking, rowing, paddle boarding, pedal boating...). 20 min from Chambéry, 40 min from Annecy and Lyon, 1 hr from Geneva. 30 minutes from Walibi theme park. Peaceful and quiet place.

Small apartment, quiet and natural.

Independent accommodation with terrace and garden, on one level. Ideal for a break for two or with a young child, in the countryside, near the lake and mountains. You enter through the kitchen which is spacious and practical, with all the amenities you need. A space to drop off your belongings, a bedroom with a large round bed for two people, a desk and a large closet. Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Cool in summer and pleasantly heated in winter (wood pellets).

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.
