The property is a renovated clockmaker's cottage with plenty of original features. It is set in a rural location, situated amongst dairy farms. Popular accommodation for holiday makers and for attending local weddings; particularly at Iscoyd Park, Hawkstone Hall, Pimmhill Barn, Grange Barn, Cholmondley and many more in Shropshire, South Cheshire and over the border in to Wales. Located in a quiet rural village in North Shropshire close to the Cheshire and North Wales borders. "The Den" is a recently refurbished ground floor self contained guest suite with views of our garden. A great base for exploring local towns and countryside with two village pubs within short walking distances and many dining options in local towns. For walkers Whitchurch is the start (or end!) of The Sandstone Trail, a 35km path between Whitchurch and Frodsham.

Next-door to our site we have a Secure Dog Exercise Area ‘The Dogs Paddocks’ available for private hire we also have many lovely walks on the doorstep and a traditional pub The Four Alls inn at the end of the drive. Gîte 63A is a self contained annex (old barn) at the side of our Grade 2 listed home and Bridal wear business. The Gîte is accessed by a separate entrance, its cosy, quirky and quiet, contemporary furnished with all amenities needed to make your stay relaxing, enjoyable & stress free. Parking is just around the corner in the public car park.

The Stumpy Oak Annex is located in the heart of Market Drayton. Scenic walks are just a stones throw away, and if you are looking to finish off your day with some local pub grub there are plenty to choose from with in a 5 minute walk.
