Beachfront vacation rentals in Maratea

Das Appartement liegt in der Altstadt von Salerno. Zum Meer sind es 5 min. zum Bahnhof 20min. zu Fuss. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig mit hohen Räumen. Tiziano und ihr Mann sind sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützend. Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und ich habe mich total wohl gefühlt. Sollte ich wieder nach Salerno kommen, ist dies meine allererste Adresse! Herzlichen Dank Tiziana!

Excellent location once you find it. We had a little trouble but no worries, the views are stunning. The home is adequately equipped, clean and modern. The train runs close by and takes a while to get used to. The beach is great and there are plenty of chairs, umbrellas and toys. The location is central to nice towns, shopping and restaurants. If you can get to restaurant Vecchio Frantoio in Diamante it’s well worth it. Valerio and Laura are excellent hosts. You won’t be disappointed.

This place has everything you need and more. We felt so welcomed. The balcony had such a wonderful view and the town has such a relaxed feel. Marina makes you feel right at home and leaves so many snack and wonderful treats for the stay. It was a pleasure and a dream staying here.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf die Küste. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen im Cilento. Felice hat uns sehr aufmerksam betreut, regelmäßig nachgefragt ob wir etwas benötigen und Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen.

Cercavo un posto tranquillo con una spiaggia grande e l’ho trovato proprio qui. La posizione è ideale: vicino alla stazione dei treni, comoda per raggiungere tutto, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla perfetta per riposarsi. L’appartamento è esattamente come mostrato nelle foto. Mi sono sentito/a davvero a casa. È stata un’esperienza fantastica e tornerei volentieri… Infatti, ho già prenotato di nuovo. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Marilena is a wonderful host! Her space was lovely and such a gem with lots of space and amenities. We loved the balcony and the location is a perfect distance from the train station and the local restaurants/waterfront. Marilena kindly offered a very clean and welcoming space making it feel just like a hotel

una settimana a casa di martina è volata, tutto perfetto. appartamento esattamente come descritto con molti accessori e una barbecue esterno davvero favoloso host sempre disponibile e indicazioni super chiare, l'appartamento affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia dalla quale si raggiunge il paese a piedi noi e il nostro gatto abbiamo passato una magnifica settimana grazie ancora sicuramente ci torneremo

Lole’s apartment was very clean and felt very new. Very secure. Tastefully decorated with matching blue & white in bedroom, kitchen & Bathroom. Beautifully tiled throughout, with access directly to the pool from the living room. Large sofa & TV (not watched), with good off road parking & easy walking distance to the beach. Lole & family were very kind & helpful. Very interesting area with the temples in Paestum. Easy drivable distance to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Mount Vesuvius & the Amalfi Coast! So lots to see & do, as well a beautiful beach. Definitely recommend & would return again.

Hot Tub was a really nice addition!

From the moment we booked, Francescopaolo was in touch asking if we needed him to arrange ANYTHING prior to our arrival. He sent so much informative information and this was so helpful when deciding where to go and what to do. He is a wonderful man and will help you with anything you need. The location is perfect to get to the ferry that will take you to the other islands. The home is very secure and private. Luckily, there is an elevator for your luggage so you do not need to bring it up and down the stairs. The bathrooms are a little small however, this is to be expected in a home that was built over 700 years ago. The view from this home is absolutely breathtaking. The beauty of the terrace is exactly as it is pictured. In my opinion, it is one of the most beautiful terraces in Minori. Thank you francescopaolo for sharing your beautiful home. I look forward to returning in the future.

Edri Beach House was everything we'd hoped for, and was as beautiful as it looks in the photos. The welcome basket of fruit and box of chocolates were a generous touch and greatly appreciated. The pool and outside area were absolutely stunning - it was secluded and peaceful, extremely well maintained, with the barbeque an added bonus. We could have easily spent all our time here. Inside was immaculately clean, and contained all the essentials needed for a family stay, and we felt right at home. Raimondo was an excellent host - he was extremely friendly, helpful and gave several recommendations for things to see and do in the area, including answering questions before and during our visit. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We had an amazing stay here, and didn't want to leave - it is a perfect base to explore the Amalfi Coast, and we'd recommend without hesitation. I had the absolute best stay at Luca & Paola’s place. It’s a beautiful mosaic art piece that Luca the artist created. It’s the most artistic gem I’ve ever stayed at! It’s a slice of heaven! Seriously, you don’t t ever have to leave it’s so beautiful!! Paola & Luca make an incredible breakfast, the best eggs and cappuccino I’ve ever had. And the best part is Paola and Luca. They are 100% the best hosts I’ve ever had at any place I’ve ever stayed at. I miss them already!!

This was a FANTASTIC stay - one of the best we have every had! The entire house was roomy, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The outdoor living area was beautiful and the sunset view simply stunning! Michele is an equally wonderful host! Although we never had the opportunity to meet in person, I feel we know each other as if we had. He was immediately responsive, both well before our arrival in response to any questions we had and throughout our stay when we had a question. He was very generous with personal recommendations for dining and "excursions", many of which we followed. With so many beautiful places to see and stay in our world, this is one to which we are absolutely coming back! Great location, beautiful home and a very gracious host! This villa is paradise! Absolutely stunning views. Giorgia was amazing and super responsive before and during the trip, and helped us arrange a boat trip and cooking class as well as provide us with a lot of local info. There are a lot of steps down to the villa from the main road (as stated in listing) and then another 200+ to the swimming platform which is heaven! The walk to town is 13-15min and another 15 to the ferry. The road can be scary at night because there’s not a lot of lights but there is a driver that can take you to and from town for a very reasonable cost. We only used the driver twice in a week and sometimes did the walk to the town and back twice a day because we wanted the exercise. The house was perfect for our family of 4 with each of my teens having their own room. Tons of balcony space. Having a washer was a huge plus for us and the pool was a massive bonus! We’d stay here again in a heart beat!

When we arrived it was out of season, but still loved being next to the beach. Bit of a job finding open restaurants, this is only because if the time of year. Saw enough restaurants getting ready for the season to know there would be lots to choose from. Nina was a great host and extremely helpful. Loved the stay. Thank you!

Tusind tak for et virkelig dejligt ophold i jeres smukke hus. Vi nød den smukke udsigt fra terrassen og at bo på bjerget, hvor huset lå i private omgivelser. Alt var pænt og rent, gode køkkenfaciliteter, gode senge, behagelige møbler på terrassen og fint badeværelse med vaskemaskine. Michelas mand hentede os i bil og kørte os til huset. Han var meget hjælpsom og gav os en masse gode tips og råd. God kommunikation og hurtig og hjælpsom respons. Jeg vil varmt anbefale denne bolig som kun ligger 10 min på gåben fra Maiori, en hyggelig by med den bedste badestrand. De bedste hilsner Mette

If I could give this airbnb and the wonderful hosts a 10 out of 5 stars, I would. To say that we had the most amazing stay would be an understatement! Andrea and his family were really really really wonderful, warm, and accommodating hosts! They were super responsive and always went out of their way to make us feel at home. The home has been kept really clean and tidy. The view from our room and the balcony was insanely BEAUTIFUL. And the location of the place itself is also very accessible. The airbnb is right beside their duomo and is right at the center of the plaza. The ferry and the bus stop is a 3-4mins walk away as well. Among the many airbnbs that we’ve checked in to, this place and these hosts are definitely sitting on top of the list. Go and book this place now!!! Your only regret would be not choosing this place to stay in Amalfi. ;)

A really beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. Spotlessly clean throughout and well equipped. Tastefully modern but maintaining character. Great views from the windows and balcony. Linda is a superb host. She arranged an early check in for us and met us from our taxi. She explained all we needed to know about the apartment and the local area. We didn’t have any questions or issues during our stay but would have been very comfortable contacting Linda if need arose. She was always very prompt and friendly when replying to us.

Der Aufenthalt in Marinas Wohnung war traumhaft! Im Oktober das absolute Paradies der Ruhe und Entspannung. Die Aussicht von Wohnung und schattiger Terrasse ist unbeschreiblich, nur ein paar Treppenstufen und man ist zudem am tollen Steinstrand. Zu Fuss gelangt man auch ins Nachbardorf, dort gibt es Bars und ein Restaurant, die in der Nebensaison geöffnet haben. Wir hoffen, sehr, wiederzukommen!

We had a wonderful stay at Serena‘s place. It was in the perfect location, easy to get to, and everything we needed for our stay. Her manager, Rosa was exceptional. She gave us advice on how to spend our time helped us get our bags in the space, and even helped us with our taxi to the airport as her husband is a driver. This was a flawless experience and I would highly recommend. A+ *****

Alfonso was the lovliest host, and we feel so lucky to have grabbed up a weekend at his beautiful apartment! It's located in a beautiful 'village' feeling town, with friendly proprietors, musicians.. gorgeous food, drinks, shopping, and views! We can't recommend it highly enough!

The apartment is really nice, feels like a local home, the pictures and instructions were good and we enjoyed four great days in Maiori and in Roberto’s apartment Roberto mentioned the 70 steps to climb and indeed as us says, it is worthy. I suggest people either walking difficulty to avoid since those are challenging steps. BUT, if climbing steps isn’t a problem for you, the reward is the really excellent place!

Pros: - Beautiful view (matched the photos), luxurious style, clean and comfortable - Ample high quality amenities - Fair location: Easy 20min walk downhill to reach the main town; OK if walking uphill is not an issue as buses are infrequent and taxis can be pricey Cons: - Check-out time different from stated - Access to private sea closed (end of Apr) - Taxis can't stop directly in front of the building due to the narrow driveway so could be a challenge with large suitcases Highly recommended for a special stay
