Only 25km away from Baia Mare, close to the Somes river left shore, in a rural environment, with a fish pond in our back yard, our place is open for people that appreciate quiet and great views. We have 2 bedroms with confortable queen size beds, in different designs. The upstairs one is rustic and the one down stairs has a nordic design. You can also use the livingroom with everything in it. There are even wine glasses. You can cook, eat, wach cable TV or use the tv for it's smart functions.

A round wooden cottage built in rustic style that truly makes you feel the warmth and smell of a traditional cottage that still benefits from all the modern amenities. We have 3 bedrooms with double beds, two of them with their own bathroom, a very spacious living room with a fully equipped open space kitchen, a generous terrace equipped with a stove, a barbecue place and a pizza oven. On top of that, you can also enjoy a Nordic-style sauna and a hot tub.

The property is located in a very picturesque area in the middle of nature, at the edge of the property flows a valley, the property has a raspberry plantation but also many fruit trees, access can be made with any type of car, it is 7 km from Sighetu Marmației and 20 km from the Vesel Cemetery.
