Motuhora Rise Retreat

KerryRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Super friendly and flexible- allowing us to check-in a bit early as we had been camping in the recent storm and wanted to get indoors before a real big rain came. Lovely home with a whole floor to ourselves and beautiful bush outlook from all rooms. And a very friendly cat to look after us all stay long too. Definitely a stay to be used again some time!

Harbour House

IanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I stayed at Glen's self contained cottage for a night on a road trip around the east cape. the cottage with all of its retro fittings was delightful and I loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves on the nearby beach. Glen provided a generous continental breakfast including very tasty home made jams. recommended.

Ohope Beach

AlisonRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Our stay at Ash and Vanesch’s unit was great, very central for the things we wanted to do. The beach was just across the road and the Ōhope club well within walking distance, their menu was good too! We would recommend this stay to anyone however be prepared for a little road noise. Maybe we noticed it because we live in a quiet cul de sac. Thanks Ash and Vanesch.

Bungalow Beauty in town centre

SharyneRating, 5 stars1 month ago
House was warm and cozy, its a older home but has 2 heat pumps which easily warm the space. The toilet is just outside of the back door but the night was warm so the extra walk did not bother us. The back door is still covered with plywood and a window in the small bedroom is covered with cardboard but me and my group were not worried about security. We let the host know we would be arriving late and the outside light and heat pumps were left on for our late arrival.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Sand Dunes Studio. The studio was just as described very private and quiet. Sue is a great host making us feel very welcome. The beach is just a short walk away and is lovely. We look forward to visiting again.

Ohope Beach Chalet

JocelynRating, 5 stars1 month ago
What a lucky find this is! You instantly feel relaxed as you enter- the smell of the timber, the coziness of the space, a liittle home away from home. The kids love the bunk bed! Everything you need is provided-I love the fact that they use eco-friendly products, and encourage composting/recycling. Both Deborah and Ian have been super helpful, if you do have any questions. Happy to chat with you if you've got the time, and even shared some limes and chilies with us (went great w our ceviche! Thank you!). A great location- short walk to the beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay- it's just what we needed.
