Apartment facing the beach, excellent location,listing corresponds with the property, there was no problem during the stay ,which is what renting a property on the beach is looking for,can go without fear of making mistakes. There are 4 beach chairs 1 sunguard 1 stroller 1 cooler in the apartment,socket 110 v.

everything perfect, fit all refurbished, bed and comfortable pillows, had filtered water. I only went to sleep, nor did I shower, but the shower looked good. 02 large rooms with a ceiling fan and well aired, quiet fan, side view of the sea, very close to the beach, excellent location. I brought linen and towel. It was also easy to get in and out of the garage. Very secure building.

I do not regret it at all, the apartment is on the side of the beach and there is a lot close, inside the ap it is really very comfortable, clean, I felt at home, there is nothing missing, overlooking the beach and we still managed to rent a place in the condominium, note mil!!

Roberta was very attentive before, during, and after our stay. The House is exactly as described, facing the beach, newly renovated and clean. We had a little unforeseen with the front door of the house, which was jammed, and the wi-fi signal was not the best, but nothing that impacted our stay. The beach is a few meters from the entrance of the house and has three or four restaurants serving lunch, portions and drinks throughout the day. Local commerce is quite limited, it is recommended to take with you the groceries you intend to use, as well as repellent.

We enjoy incredible days in the house. Very comfortable, exactly as in the pictures, everything working, I risk saying that it is one of the best houses in the condominium. Viviane was very attentive, responding quickly. We helped us a lot by putting Maria in our life, who was a super partner during our stay (beast in the kitchen). It was worth every penny invested!

I spent an amazing weekend at Larissa's house, with my sisters and my mother, we all love the stay, the house is wonderful, clean, spacious, Larissa was wonderful with us, kindly, always answered the messages quickly, was super flexible with our checkout, we love it, we will come back, for sure. Home in a great location, private, flexible check in, communication with Victoria is quick to return. The house is also large, well-equipped, has cozy beds, bedding and bath linens of good quality and care. No words for this home. I can only say it's amazing. All very clean, organized and very cozy. Victoria and Italo were very attentive and helpful. The whole house is surrounded, so for those who go with a pet, it's all very safe. My family and my dogs love everything. Sure is a house we would love to be able to return soon.

The house is practically on the sand of the beach, Mr Wadner and Mr Manoel who takes care of the Tbm house always very welcoming and polite. Anyway, for those who are in doubt they do not have, the house is exactly as in the listing and our experience was very good in this place! I highly recommend it to everyone!!

Very clear instructions, speed and cordiality. About the apartment, no words! Exactly as shown in the photos, even better. Fully equipped: complete kitchen, cooler, toys for children to take to the beach, extra sun guard, some pampering and details that made a difference. Spectacular view of the beach and the condominium. Air-conditioning, TVs and showers in perfect condition. The structure of the condominium is amazing. Delicious pool, you don't want to leave. Anyway, just compliments. The only bad part was having to go home. We love it and want to come back more often. I highly recommend Juliana's apartment!

Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!
