It has the best accessibility (5 minutes on foot) to enter the downtown area, but the accommodation is located in a quiet alley. In an emergency (e.g., when the flight time is imminent), you can take a shower with warm water. It's on the first floor, but you have to go up 8 steps of stairs. No elevator.
