We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). We are centrally located in southern Delaware with many attractions within easy driving distance: Rehoboth Beach (35 minutes) Delaware State Fairgrounds (10 minutes) Dover Downs/Firefly (30 minutes) Ocean City, MD (50 minutes) Cape May/Lewes Ferry Terminal (30 minutes) DE Turf Sports Complex (20 minutes)

Quaint 1st floor 1 BR apt in Historic Firehouse

1 bedroom apt. in historic building in town (1800's Firehouse). Newly remodeled for those looking for quaint getaway. Within sight of small park with gazebo, coffee shop (old Town hall), 1 block to local pizza shop. Just a short drive to Smyrna where you will find anything else you are needing. Central to the beach, the bay, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Lancaster, and so many small towns along the way. Anything you dont find in Smyrna we have Dover to the south or Middletown to the north.

Horse Haven

Equestrian decor flavors this cozy second floor apartment. You will find a brand new walk-in shower, coffee bar, carpet, furniture, freshly-painted walls and fast fios internet. We technically live just outside of the town limits yet are only two miles from Route 1, which gives you quick access to Wilmington and Dover. Ten acres of woods and pastures surround our bucolic property. Our eventual goal is to host traveling nurses and military as we are close to several hospitals and DAFB.

There are open stairs, so not appropriate for small children. Well-behaved pets welcome.

You will hear many farm noises such as roosters crowing, cows mooing & more. This home is located in the country & a min of 5 miles from stores and shopping. Enjoy a short drive to downtown Camden or the city of Dover. Visit local attractions such as the John Dickinson Plantation, Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge, Biggs Museum of American Art, and the Delaware Agriculture Museum. For a night out, try your luck at Bally's. Take a day trip to the beaches in Rehoboth or historic Lewes or travel north to see the Longwood Gardens or the beautiful estate at Winterthur.

Quiet Retreat with game room

Very quiet community, so you can enjoy some get away time. Close to Dover Down, Dover Air Force, beaches, Dover Mall, Tanger outlet and plenty of restaurants. We are also 20 mins away from the DE Turf. Our home is newly renovated and we have a lot to offer. Our game room has plenty to offer which includes air hockey, pool table, foosball, and corn hole, so everyone can enjoy some game time at the same time.
