Comfortable 3-level Mediterranean style villa, modern facilities, well equipped, newly remodeled, with a swimming pool at the foot, with a swimming pool at the foot, very close to La Audiencia beach, considered the best and safest Manzanillo beach, certified as "Playa Limpia" by the SEMARNAT, surrounded by an atmosphere of nature with a nice view of the ocean and mountain. There are 3 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a shaded double garage. It has automated air conditioners in all the rooms and dining room, always making the house cool and pleasant. The subdivision has security, a pool area and a palapa (independent regulations).

The best located house in the subdivision, overlooking the north, the mountains, and in front of the gardens of the clubhouse, where there is a palapa with a large pool. This location has been taken advantage of to have the living room and dining room arranged in front of the gardens, as well as an open terrace on the second level. Being located next to the Club Santiago golf course, you can use the course and take walks. It features air conditioning in every room.

Villa Querencia Manzanillo, a place to enjoy, relax in the pool whenever you like, rest in the warm sun on the terrace. The villa is very refreshing. Walk to Santiago Bay's Olas Altas beach with its warm water. You will be in the center of Manzanillo, because everything is very close! The house is equipped with everything you need, so you don't have to worry about cooking accessories or a cooler for the beach. The house has it. There is Netflix and a Wifi system.

It's 150 meters away from Miramar beach, the best beach in Manzanillo for swimming or just taking a walk and enjoying the weather, (THIS PROPERTY IS ONLY RENTED THROUGH AIRBNB)
