Full appartement very nice, clean and comfortable!

Everything was perfect!!!

The lodge in the mountains is special. The journey is a bit bumpy, but it's worth it. Ulises also helps if you want to take a tour in the Sierra, e.g. to the Comandancia. Food was good and plentiful and in the nearby river you could swim a little.

The rooms are simple but everything important is there and everything was super clean. The location is a dream with wonderful views over the river to the national park. The river crossing is a little adventure on the small bridge and we were very happy that our hosts carried the suitcases. Food was great, so was Mojito. Little secret tip.

It is a very nice house in a wonderful and very quiet place. The family is very cheerful, hospitable and help in all matters for example to arrange a taxi from Bayamo to the house. It is also very close to the Turquino National Park and by the Silver Command. People who accompany us to the Park and Comandancia have good and interesting information. Thank you very much for everything.

We stayed for 2 months at The Yellow House. It's a great place to stay...very clean, excellent location (about 15 minute walk to downtown), and awesome hosts! Arnaldo and Yanet are the best...lots of local knowledge, always ready to help. They jumped right in to assist me with the police after my phone was picked from my pocket. And Arnaldo is a very good cook; we had many meals there during of our stay. We are definitely going to stay with them in future.

Very beautiful area. Comfortable and quiet. Wifi connection was not great.. however being that this is near a mountain range that is to be expected. Ulysses was extremely helpful with organizing a hike to the comandancia de la plata.

Absolute recommendation! Perfect for nature lovers and adventurous travelers. It's super relaxing to enjoy the beautiful scenery! Ulises and his family were always very helpful, reliable and accommodating, he took care of a transport for us to his place and back and a trip to Comandancia La Plata. The dinner was very tasty! We would definitely come back!
