Les 3 Cèdres – Courtyard Accommodation

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

Dear guests, We offer a nice room with independent entrance, consisting of a double bed, a desk and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The room has a TV, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave and fridge. House in the center of the charming village surrounded by fruit fields located 7 minutes from the A7 highway (n*12 Annonay/Chanas) and 20 minutes from the EDF power plant. Ideal for workers for a few days or a week.

Quiet area with enclosed private parking. Completely refurbished apartment, 1st floor (attached to our house) 65 m2: 2 bedrooms, beautiful light main room with garden view, pool access in summer.... at least 10am 11:30am 2:30pm 6:30pm!.... Heating included, please respect the 19-degree maximum and turn off the radiators (do not COVER them with linen) if you take advantage of opening the windows for a long time!…

Small 15 m2 studio equipped with a 140 x 190 double bed, walk-in shower, kitchenette with fridge, TV. Toilet outside the studio (next door). Folding table. Ideal for 2 people but crib can be made available. The studio is located in our garden with a lovely unobstructed view of the Vercors. Everything "vital" necessary for your arrival is available.
