The property was exactly as described and pictured. The location is only 10 minutes from the center of Tours, and very close to many of the most popular chateaux. The unit is completely private, well insulated and very quiet. There is a gate restricting access to the property, so it was very safe. All the amenities are provided, and if they are not on location, Dominique will do everything to provide them. He is a delightful host, friendly, helpful and so accomodating. Having sheep, goats and wild rabbits a few feet away added to the pleasure of staying here. In nice weather, walks along the river are only steps away. Highly recommend.

Séjour parfait ! Équipe de concours de CSO, nous cherchions un logement proche des Écuries du Moulin Neuf ; nous ne pouvions pas trouver plus près : le logement se situe à 3 minutes en voiture du pôle de concours (et on voit la carrière depuis les fenêtres de la maison !). La maison est idéale, elle est grande et il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut ! 3 chambres ainsi qu'un clic-clac, les matelas sont top, on y dors très bien ; de même que l'hôte est très réactif ! Nous savons désormais où dormir pour les prochains concours à Nouans, le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable, on recommande vivement ce AirBnb !

So many words come to my mind as I write this review, but I think the two that describe it so well are idyllic and peaceful. We were so incredibly thrilled to book Martine’s home for our stay and only wish that we could have stayed longer. The bedrooms were large and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. We woke up to the sound of birds chirping, and the peacefulness of village life. Yet, even though it was a small village, they had so many amenities (Boulanger, Charcuterie, restaurants, markets, Patisserie) that were within walking distance from the home. After the hustle and bustle of Paris and Bordeaux, it was absolute heaven to be able to stay at their home in Rochecorbon. If I could, I would definitely give it more than five stars.

La casa de Julien es perfecta, está nueva y renovada con mucho gusto. La decoración, el salón con ese espacio enorme de granero, todo hace que te sientas como en casa, además todo está muy limpio.El terreno es muy grande, y hay un bonito espacio para hacer barbacoa y una mesa preciosa para estar fuera. Sin duda,volveremos porque además es un punto estratégico para visitar los castillos del Loira.

Everything about this place was amazing! It’s so well done. The location is beautiful, the space had everything you could need and more. The kitchen was great. We enjoyed our time outside. Françoise was a great host. The only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer.

Séjour très agréable chez Christophe. La literie est très confortable et la maison propre. Logement très bien placé pour la visite de châteaux, du zoo de Beauval et autres. Christophe est très arrangeant et agréable. Nous avons eu quelques soucis de connection TV. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec plaisir! Encore merci !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, maison très agréable, très bien équipée et joliment décorée. Laura est une hôte aux petits soins pour ses résidents, avec des petits plus qui rendent votre séjour unique. Si il y avait une 6ème étoile à distribuer, ce serai pour Laura et son cocon.
