Excellent stay... very nice ocean view and the social club facilities are very good... I really spent a time of rest and relaxation... I would gladly come back... Diego, who took care of us in everything, was very precise in the instructions and always attentive to any questions... in general everything was 10/10.

I am a person of few words, but 10/10 everything was clean, tidy, good reception, safe place, attentive host, the only bad thing was that unfortunately you could not go down to the sea from the development due to geological problems, but that is very separate. In itself, highly recommended, I would come back again.

I loved the house, very good air, it stayed cool, we found it clean, beautiful to spend time with the family, we enjoyed it with our pet without any inconvenience, easy check-in, the recreational areas were clean and beautiful, a place to enjoy with family or friends. Grateful for the stay, recommended to enjoy a nice vacation in the City of Manta, it is important to have a car since the beach is 20 minutes away. Thanks for the stay ✨😎😉

Our stay at this Airbnb listing was enjoyable overall. The space was clean and provided a variety of amenities such as a pool, hot tub, and even a private playground, which exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the wide offer and spent pleasant hours in the various facilities. However, we would have liked a more friendly welcome from the check-in agent. His appearance was a bit distant, which clouded the first impression a little. Another point is that the location during the week is very quiet, which is relaxing, but also means that the food is limited. During our stay we had to drive a little further to find restaurants that were open. Nevertheless, it was a successful stay, and we would like to continue this place due to the great amenities

The house is inside a private development with security and a swimming pool. It is 10 minutes from the beaches of Manta and 5 minutes from those of Jaramijó. The house has a backyard ideal for children to play, and the outside streets are safe (there is not much vehicular traffic) There is a beautiful beach 1 minute away from the development, which I thought was wonderful. The house has all the amenities offered in the app. I would definitely be back with my family.

5 stars are not enough to rate this accommodation, the owners & the overall experience. From the moment of inquiry, Carina immediately responded, was very accurate with her description & extremely helpful in arranging all aspects of my visit. Throughout my stay, Carina was checking in to ensure I had everything and always quick to respond. Something not always experienced with ABnB hosts. The accommodation & town were extremely safe, quiet, peaceful & are walking distance from everything needed. The cottage was extremely clean, well equipped, & had uninterrupted power, internet connectivity & hot H2O. The views are spectacular, & the sound of the waves make this cottage an incredible place for both short & long term stays. Additionally, the kite school is the most professional I have ever attended. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, patient, fun to train with & make safety a priority. The equipment is top notch. This is a MUST STAY - I Will Be Back!!!

Amazing place, I would definitely come back. The house is superior to what appears in the photos, very clean and tidy. For us who are from the sierra they had air conditioners in each room, super comfortable beds. And Carlitos, who always welcomed us, was always ready to help us with everything. A beautiful experience.

Excellent place and host, the place quite nice and quiet, I would definitely come back again.

We loved our stay at Leonardo's place. Air conditioning in all the rooms was a huge plus. He let us check in early and leave late. EXCELLENT commission, great location. Beds were very firm, which we liked. Incredibly safe location with 24 hour security. $5 and 10 minute taxi ride into Manta. Highly recommended.
