If inside we ask they are not left inside alone , sit on the couches / beds and when outside, animals must be on lead as our farm animals are near by. Welcome to our beautiful Mansfield Family Retreat, only minutes walk to the town centre for cafes/pubs/shopping, wetlands & cycling rail trail, information centre, sporting/playground/skate park precinct and Mansfield Mt Buller Bus Line. For the boating and fishing enthusiasts, Lake Eildon is 10 minutes and Lake Nillahcootie 20 minutes drive. To explore Victoria's High Country for skiing, bush walking, 4X4 and mountain bike riding, the entrance to Mt Buller is 45 minutes away.

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.
