You can also go for walks in the fields that surround the property. The 80 m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It has 2 bedrooms, a garden, a terrace with unobstructed views, and free parking. Located 5 km from Manosque, 25 km from the entrance to the Gorges du Verdon and 20 minutes by car from the Valensole plateau. 75km to Lac de Sainte Croix

Enjoy this beautiful place as a couple, family, or with friends, this large 125 m² house with secure swimming pool is well located, halfway between the Luberon, the Parc du Verdon and close to the beautiful Village of Pierrevert surrounded by vineyards and minutes from the beautiful Luberon golf course. Next to the city of Giono, and close to the thermal baths of Gréoux les Bains, you will be 1 hour from the mountain, 1 hour from the sea, close to the lavender in Valensole and Colorado Provençal in the Vaucluse.

Large, sunny and quiet apartment.

The apartment comprises the entire 1st floor of the house, 118 m2, with living room, 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Access is independent, your car parked directly at the foot of the stairs. The large balcony is located in front of the living room. There's no elevator. You have free access to the pool. The living room and the southwest bedroom, which includes a small desk, are air-conditioned. Internet access is via Wi-Fi. I live on the ground floor myself, there are no other residents.

The house: approx. 110 m² - three floors - 2 bedrooms - open kitchen with living area - large 20 m² roof terrace - sauna Garage for bicycles/motorcycle (no car) Good starting point for motorcycle, cycling tours, many other leisure activities and markets - or for a day trip to the Côte d'Azur.
