Absolutely wonderful stay! We had such a lovely time at this beautiful Airbnb on Manitoulin Island. The home was spotless, cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful! The location is peaceful, scenic and very central to explore the island. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us - we cannot wait to visit again!

We enjoyed our stay at Rene’s house very much. The living area is spacious, making it the perfect space for my family reunion of 6 to hang out, play games and cook (BBQ grill, well stocked kitchen utensils and appliances, table for 6 on the porch looking out to the water, etc). The private waterfront is gorgeous - the house is located down a private and quiet road, making it a very relaxing and peaceful setting. The pre-teens also loved the badminton net and trampoline! We had no issues with the house, but Rene was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, Rene’s house and all it provided allowed us to make many lasting memories.

Exceptional place to stay! Our usual place we stay at was booked. We took a ‘gamble’ trying out this place- and boy was it incredible! The place is pristine and stocked with everything you need. Beautiful surroundings, and we were fortunate to catch the most amazing display of the Northern Lights! Highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We brought our baby and two dogs and had tons of space. The house is beautiful and the property is gorgeous and very private. We walked down to the local waterfront and on the roads nearby and it was very quiet and peaceful. We absolutely want to book here again in the future!

Very enjoyable stay. Cottage has chic, rustic charm with modern amenities and decor. Gorgeous sunsets on the water. Private, large property. Enjoyed a kayak paddle on clear, refreshing Lake Manitou.

Amazing cottage right on the water! The cottage is exactly as described, we stayed with our family and the kids loved all the activities that were provided. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. Curtis was super responsive & accommodated us at the last minute, also gave us great suggestions as it was our first time at the island. The pictures accurately reflect the cottage. It was incredibly clean and spacious. Lots of sitting inside and out. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need and then some. Great for young families with a shallow easy entrance to water. Somewhat rocky (small rocks) at the shoreline but nothing that water shoes can't take care of. We have nothing but great things to say about our stay. We even saw a deer near our backyard which brought a lot of excitement. The location is perfect as The falls are just 6 mins drive from the cottage & Gore bay just 20 mins. If we 'had to' write a 'could be better’ comment - then we wish the host provided a kayak or a paddle boat which would have been icing on the cake. That's the only feedback we can come up with :) We had a wonderful stay. Thank you for the memories.

Great spot to stay to explore Manitoulin. The location is very central so it's quick to drive to the top spots. Fire pit and beach access at the location is a great perk. Nano is a very friendly and responsive host, helped us with some small issues during our stay.

This is one of the best places we've stayed in, and I never thought I'd say that about staying in a RV. it's the newest RV trailer I e ever stayed in: spacious living area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. the location is on a cliff overlooking the bay. the photos don't do it justice. we spent half our time just sitting in chairs overlooking the amazing Vista, watching the sunset, and then counting stars. Magical. Rachel and Nevada were really helpful with local recommendations. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great place. Had Everything we needed , beautifully decorated , bedroom fresh and inviting Hostess Lisa was amazing so accommodating Beach was nice and private. Outside furniture great Thanks for the experience

Amazing location and host! Food from the chip stand was incredible. Especially the pizza! Beds were very comfortable and a two minute walk to the falls. The place was very clean also. Will return 100%

Frank’s place was the perfect lakeside retreat for us as a couple. The home was spacious, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable—ideal for relaxing and unwinding together. Frank was a wonderful host—welcoming and always available if we needed anything. The location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views. We would absolutely love to return!

As a foodie, I appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was. As a person sorely in need of a vacation, I appreciated the quality muskoka chairs that were well-placed to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. Despite having no wifi, the kids enjoyed themselves immensely too, and we all felt like fantastic parents. Would go back.

Outstanding for any season or activity

The house was excellent and had everything we needed. It felt like home, cozy, with a great view! It was filled with all dishes we needed, as well as towels and blankets. I celebrated my birthday there and it accommodated my friends and family. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

We had an incredible time at this Airbnb. If you’re looking for a relaxing, remote experience, look no further. We enjoyed the hot tub, the comfortable beds and soft linens, beautiful forest for walks, and the fire pit for evening fires. I imagine during the warmer months it’s really nice to enjoy the lake as well which is right across the road. We had a really nice time and would definitely return. Thank you Mike and Meng!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Richard's cottage near Kagawong. It is a large, open space with lots of seating, beds and amenities. The home has been beautifully renovated with lots of great art and furnishings. Although the weather wasnt great during our stay, we still enjoyed the beach, which is easily accessible. There are plenty of heating and cooling options to customize the temp in bedrooms and common spaces. Richard ensured there were plenty of supplies so it was easy to cook and stay in his beautiful home, even with young children. The cottage is about 15 minutes to Kagawong in a quiet neighbourhood. Honestly, the pictures don't do the view justice. We hope to be back soon!!
