Vacation rentals with a patio in Mani Peninsula

Conforme à la description, l'appartement était propre avec un grand lit confortable. La terrasse est toute mignonne et le jardin inspire au calme. Hôte réactif. Nous y avons fait seulement une halte et n'avons pas profité du front de mer mais je recommande ce logement.

We spent a wonderful time in Karavas, and Aphrodite was a very caring host. A big thank you and a big recommendation! ♡

Pequeño apartamento muy nuevo y limpio. La anfitriona cuida de cada detalle y ha hecho que sea muy agradable y funcional. Tiene dos terrazas muy agradables. La anfitriona, que vive en la planta baja, nos dio todas las facilidades para la hora de llegada al alojamiento. Pasamos una estancia estupenda. Muchas gracias por todo:)

This place was a truly amazing location with a beautiful and it was super clean! It had all you needed in the kitchen and we immediately felt at home. Host was super kind and flexible and even had a little local gift when we checked out. I would really recommend this place to anyone who wants a private location with a gorgeous view and amazing sunset! And I would stay again! Thank you for an amazing accommodation and your kindness.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν απλά απίστευτο – πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις προμήθειες που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικός, πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει και έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Η σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής ήταν εξαιρετική. Σίγουρα αξίζει όλα του τα χρήματα και με το παραπάνω! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επέλεγα ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

superb location few min walk to harbour&restaurants, stavroula really cares and it shows, everything you could need and more supplied, outside washing mc in its cupboard great.., 2x coffee machines and all supplies u need, lovely olive oil and pasta amongst many welcome gifts provided. Electric hot water works well unlike many places where solar heated runs out, wifi and phone signal superb, we felt sad to leave it was so nice thanks to stavroula who exceeds anything yould have in a 5* hotel !..we asked for some extra pillows and 4 new pillows magically appeared soon after outside as it was late in the day, There are paths you can walk to stoupa along the coast, ideal also for bicycles as quite a flat area, you have parking by front door and the property has an authentic greek feel, while being private from nearby accom, (very well thought out place) even has things like flyscreens on all windows&doors also which would be good in hotter months, we visited in may. Fabulous ..

We stayed for 5 days in Klaus' apartment. It is in a lovely location , with beautiful views over the sea from the balcony. It was quiet. It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. We had a wonderful stay. The only negative is that is is situated at the end of a rather steep road. We did not have a car so the climb up was - although good exercise for our legs - maybe challenging for older people ( we are 65+). As the place is not connected to the main drainage system, the host had asked us to use the outdoor shower, which was very pleasant.

The house is beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—whether for cooking, relaxing, or keeping warm on chilly nights. The fireplace was a highlight for us after long days of hiking and climbing. Eirini gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, which was especially helpful since the road to the house is quite narrow. That said, we managed fine with an SUV (Dacia Duster). The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking trails in the area. After a full day outside, it was great to return to such a cozy and inviting home. We were three adults staying for five nights on a hiking and climbing trip, and the place suited us perfectly. Highly recommended!

The whole family really enjoyed our stay at Christo's House. The house is really well suited for a big family, very clean and smartly designed and everything worked perfectly. We arrived really late in the night and they helped us check in, and provided us with snacks:) The service and communication was superb! Btw the area is probably the best we have been to in Greece. So many fantastic day trips when you have a car available.. The nearby beach is nice. and we really recommend the nearest restaurent "Thalassaki Giannakopoulou" Thanks once again:))

Η οικοδεσπότης,Diana, ήταν πολύ καλή και αξιόπιστη για οποιαδήποτε ανάγκη ,πολύ ευγενική . Το δωμάτιο είναι υπέροχο ,φινετσάτο ,με γούστο όλα ,ωραίο μέρος ,κοντά στην παραλία ,ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Αξίζει να πας. 👏 Και στο τέλος η Αντριάνα είναι και πολύ όμορφη !!!!! Να τα λέμε και αυτά Συγχαρητήρια !!!!

un logement idéal pour un couple car la chambre du bas n'a pas de fenêtre et aucune séparation entre les pièces . la vue est époustouflante . les 5 villas sont assez éloignées les une des autres pour avoir son intimité sur la terrasse. la piscine est très agréable avec aussi une super vue et de nombreux transats il faut absolument être véhiculé car il est très haut et loin de tout commerce à pied ( mais qq minutes en voiture.)

We really enjoyed our three night stay here and could easily have stayed longer. The house is lovely- very new and in a great rural location. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and around 20 minutes walk into town and good restaurants. It’s an excellent base for touring the area and Koroni itself is lovely. Nikos gave us lots of helpful suggestions about things to do and was very quick with communication. Highly recommended!

Μια πολύ καλή επιλογή στο ήσυχο χωριό της Πραγματευτής. Το σπίτι είναι χαρακτηριστικό της τοπικής αρχιτεκτονικής, με απλές παροχές και χωρίς πρόσφατη ανακαίνιση, αλλά λειτουργικό και όμορφο. Η βεράντα προσφέρει ιδιωτικότητα από το υπόλοιπο χωριό και μια εξαιρετική θέα στη θάλασσα και το απέναντι βουνό. Η επικοινωνία με την Μίνα ήταν εξαιρετική και οι οδηγίες της σαφείς και συγκεκριμένες. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά.

Super welcoming host. They had a freshly baked cake and homemade fruit jams and traditional greek yogurts which was a superb welcome treat. Even though the hosts live in the top floor of the house I felt like i had total privacy on the ground floor and not once I got disturbed or felt uncomfortable. Great experience overall!

Ich hatte eine Wunderschöne Zeit in Ursulas gemütlichem und vor allem warmen Haus. Der Blick ist unglaublich schön, man sieht das Dorf von oben und dahinter das Meer und und die Mani.

Εμμανουέλα a su être réactive à nos messages et nous a fourni un logement conforme à nos attentes. La terrasse est très agréable et offre une vue dégagée sur la mer. Une place de stationnement se trouve juste devant la porte mais beaucoup de places sont disponibles dans la rue si nécessaire.

Εχω μείνει σε αυτό το κατάλυμα 2 φορές. Νομίζω ότι πλέον δε μπορώ να πάω άλλου ! Αυτή τη φορά είχαμε μαζί μας παιδί 1.5 έτους και ήταν πολύ καλό το γεγονός ότι ήμασταν μέσα στο κέντρο! Έβγαινες στο τεράστιο μπαλκόνι το οποίο δν έχει κάγκελα αλλά χτίστες κολωνες και ήξερες ότι το παιδί είναι ασφαλές, ενώ παράλληλα ήταν σα να βρίσκεσαι σε κάποιο από τα μαγαζιά. Το σπίτι δν είναι φορτωμένο οπότε δύσκολο να γίνει ζημιά κ η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη για να ετοιμάζουμε το φαγητό της. Έχει λίγη φασαρία λόγω της κεντρικότητας του σημείου, αλλά μόλις κλείσεις τα αλουμίνια έχει απόλυτη ησυχία για ύπνο. Και επιπλέον μετά τις 12 κλείνουν σιγά σιγά τα μαγαζιά οπότε οκ.. το συστήνω για οικογένεια με κλειστά μάτια

We loved everything about it. Peacefull, very relaxed and Ioanniss and Carmen are great hosts. Nice and well equipped kitchen. Hope to return and will definitely spend more time there. Koroni is also a very charming little town.

Great location very close to all key landmarks of Sparta. Very comfortable flat, very clean and cozy. Very friendly host, active and helpful. A great offer altogether.

We stayed 2 nights at Antonis apartment so as to visit the island of Elafonissos nearby. We have been warmly welcomed by Antonis' Mother who had left for us alot of local oranges and brought us some home made loukoumades ! The aparment itself is nicely located close to the ferry to go on to the island of Kithira. It is very comfortable and has everything you can think of to do your own cooking. Many thanks to Antonis and her Mother (I forgot to ask her name !) for a very pleasant stay in Neapoli ! Περάσαμε 2 νύχτες στο διαμέρισμα του Άντονι. Η Μητέρα του Άντονι μας άφησε νερό και τοπικά πορτοκάλια και μας έφερε νόστιμες λουκουμάδες! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ κοντά στο ferry για τα Κύθηρα και είναι πάρα πολύ άνετο. Έχει όλα τα πράγματα που κρειαζεστε να μαγειρέψετε αν θέλετε. Ευχαριστούμε παρα πολύ τον Άντονι και τη Μητέρα του για μια εξελικτική διαμονή στη Νεάπολη !

Our stay at Stavriani’s place was fantastic! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed! Stavriani was very responsive and helpful! We can’t wait to come back!

Despite being on a high traffic main street, it isn't noisy inside apartment. Terrace is very comfortable. Noise is distraction for quiet reading, but not conversation. very spacious and comfortable space. beds were great, nice ambient lighting. washing machine worked great and appreciate being given 3 pods for our 5 night stay and drying rack came with clothes pins which was nice for drying outside. shared reserved parking spot accessible behind building. Would stay here again.

Fiorella house is just perfect for a small escape from the big town. the view from the balcony is amazing, specially in the sunset or sunrise. from there it's easy to get to Limeni, arepoly and etc... very clean, very comfortable, Fiorella answered very fast and had god recommandations for the area. I already want to come back!
