The bulk of the land is in native bush, with bush walks. 1 km from the Pou Herenga Tai cycle way, & about 30 mins drive from both Kaikohe & Kerikeri. With a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room/lounge - it is comfortable, warm and homely. Limited Wifi and Freeview TV available. The Gables - Stunning Waterfront Apartment

The Gables Waterfront Apartment is housed in a lovingly restored historic building on the Russell foreshore with 'Reach out and touch the water' views of the bay. The apartment has its own private courtyard entrance. The living, dining and kitchen areas open through french doors onto the balcony terrace, the perfect place for morning coffee or an aperitif before dinner. Swim right outside on the waterfront beach or take your pick of any of the peninsula's other stunning beaches.

The Yurt Wai Rua

The Yurt at Wai Rua, west of Whangarei, is approximately 20 minutes drive from Kamo via Pipiwai Road. It is set in a beautiful tranquil farmland area beside a small lake, which is surrounded by native trees. Watch the native birds, ducks and pukekos whilst sitting on the deck. It has amazing rural views, including massive volcanic rocks. The yurt has a separate kitchen, with a small fridge and gas oven and 2hob burners. The bathroom has a hot water shower and composting toilet.
