My place is a short stroll from the lake, Waiteti trout stream, and the Ngongotaha lakefront reserve. The village is 5 mins away for shops with Rotorua city 15 mins. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The home has a fibre wifi connection and guests receive complimentary Netflix access.

Loved the house as soon as we opened the door. We loved the styling and 50s theme. Our son was so happy and used all the toys, it was great. It felt like home straight away. Well located within a few mins drive from the marina - that’s where you have all the Lake Taupo boat cruises launching from . Well appointed unit and adequate space for a couple on a short visit . We also appreciate the basic breakfast supplies that Mel included with the stay . All in all , we have a very comfortable 1 night stay and are glad we booked this place .

I really recommend staying at Barb's place, it's got everything you would need for a short or longer stay. There's lots to do in the area and Barb gave some great recommendations and helpful information. As a host Barb is the best I've ever had, fast response time, friendly and very helpful, she really goes above and beyond!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home ….. our hosts Marki and Chris were just wonderful and everything about the space and the surroundings was top notch. The furnishings, decor, attention to detail, lovely treats and overall vibe of the home was very special …. Walking distance to the most beautiful little bay, surrounded by nature was awesome. Would thoroughly recommend!!!

Steve and Etty were great hosts. I haven't had much interaction with them thru message since their instructions were spot on. I did not have any trouble at all with the check in/out, parking and house rules. The place was tidy with ample amount of cookware, utensils and toiletries. I had a chance to interact with Etty before we left, she was so nice. Highly recommended.
