Thankful for the host for being responsive to queries and all. We had a great time staying in her spacious condo. Felt homey. The area seems secure and proximate to the malls and restaurants.

It was such a lovely and relaxing stay --we are torn between exploring tbe city and just staying inside because it is THAT cozy. Truly a home away from home. The first time I inquired and messaged Ms. Fatima, I just know that this will be a memorable and one of the best bnbs that we stayed at. Kudos to the host for being patient with my inquiries and generous with our request-- really appreciate it! :) Essential kitchen amenities are useful as well as the pail and dipper in the bathroom! Haha, that really nailed it..we might have experienced slow internet at times but that did not spoil our stay. Can't wait to be back and thank you so much again!

The place is a peaceful place to rest, after a while day of going around the city. The owner is easy to contact, and also very clear for the rules that needs to be followed. A little suggestion is to maybe provide a slightly bigger trash can. But all in all, it's such a beautiful place to stay.

We really had a great stay! Everything is superb, excellent and amazing the place, the host, the location from check in to check out its very smooth. My husband and I stayed for a few days in January. The condo is at the end of the south side. It is spacious, clean and provided a restful place. Reception & security guards at the door at The Palladium were very helpful 24/7. It is walking distance to Festive Walk and we felt safe walking about day or night.

Scylla's place was perfect for our needs and number of guests. We love the amenities and made full use of them. She and her team are responded in a timely fashion and were very proactive.and flexible.

Great location with Festive Walk right outside your window. Well worth the price!

The unit is clean and provided with balcony..perfect for guests who smoke. Host is very responsive and accomodating..the only thing i was disappointed was my daughter wasnt able to swim in the pool coz its under repair and we werent able to sleep well at night coz the videoke sound from outside gets into the room very loudly..but still we enjoyed our stay..will definitely book this place again! Thank you!

The place is really nice and clean. The ambience was perfect and the host was very accommodating and friendly. It was my first time in the City and I will definitely book again due to the location and how great the place is.

We recently stayed in Lett unit with my 4 friends & it was exceptional. Room was beautiful. Cris was very accommodating. Free native-snacks upon arrival. Highly recommended!

Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The unit was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distance to esplanade. Communication was seamless! Mary was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. Overall a wonderful place, we would recommend it to anyone.

The location of the BnB is nice as there were so many walkable places, and I could either commute or bike to and from the condo. The view from the balcony during sunset is great and relaxing. Thank you so much for accommodating my stay and I will likely book here in my next trip to Iloilo.

Stayed for two nights, place was really clean and well equipped. The provisions given were amongst the most generous a host could be here in Airbnb. I was also granted free parking access for my motorcycle which is rare. I liked the separation from the living area and the bedroom and I loved that BOTH spaces have their own TV and AIR-CONDITIONING. Great location in the heart of the city, good internet connection and extremely nice place to stay at. 10/10

I had a pleasant stay at Rhea's place. It is clean and is provided with much needed appliances. Communication is very good and the host responded fast. She's very accommodating and adjusted my check out to suit my situation. I thank her for this wonderful stay. This place is higly recommended when staying or visiting Iloilo City.
