The House of Jurumirim's dam

Spacious house, on the edge of the dam, in a gated community with only 28 lots. A project carried out by Ambienta Arquitetura (prestigious by the magazine Arquitetura e Construção and others) with 3,900 m2 of land, 516m2 built, a standard pool, and a smaller heated pool (electric heater), trampoline, slackline, kayak, stand up paddle and barbecue. 5 suites (all with air conditioning) and another toilet. Capacity to comfortably accommodate 14 people plus a baby.

The guest house accommodates up to 6 people in the rooms, with a leisure area, pool, barbecue, wood stove, not to mention nature, 500 meters from the beach, 10 minutes from the Águas de Santa Barbara waterfall, at Km 288 of Castelo Branco.
