Vacation rentals with a patio in Mandrem

The Condo was beautifully designed and was homely enough to stay with my family. The help was available during the day and would assist with household chores. Anuradha was responsive and ensured we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend the place!

We had an amazing 5-day stay at your Apartments in Candolim with our family. The property is exactly as described — calm, beautiful, and with a lovely ambience that truly lives up to its name. The location is excellent — everything you need is within a 5-7 minute walk, including restaurants, shops, and the beach. It made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. A special mention to the caretaker, Lakshman, who was extremely supportive and always available whenever we needed anything. The house owner also regularly checked in to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located stay in Goa. Would definitely come back again!

The place was well maintained and pretty clean. It wasn’t far from the new airport so even though we arrived to Goa at 10:30 we were able to be in bed by 11:30. There are tons of great places to eat around the house. We went to fat fish which has awesome food and is just a 20 minutes by car. Having a washing machine was a big plus point as we were able to wash our clothes after our kayaking adventure. Over all I’ll give this place a 5 ⭐️ rating and would definitely visit again!

I have stayed at a lot of bnb’s and met many hosts. But this place, i am taking out time personally to appreciate what amazing job the host and his team has done. We were in awe with the kind hospitality and the coz place. Rooms were really neat and clean. Host was very helpful and kind. Even the care taker miss Gita was very sweet and helpful. The place was very peaceful and well connected. Kudos to you guys for creating such nice place. Definitely recommending to all my friends and family. Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Such an amazing and beautiful place. We went there with our dog and such comfortable stay it was. Security staff is also really friendly at this property. This place is really clean, pretty much all the amenities and really big hall and balcony to just relax and chill. A lot of cafés and restaurants are nearby. Some of the good beaches are also 20mins drive away. Worth the stay. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

Must visit home stay if you are near Pernem. It is spacious, well maintained and clean house with a touch of traditional vibes all around. Thanks to Ranjita for helping out with the of the dates. Thank you Sumer for a great stay! The duplex apartment was spotless and some thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Sumer was very accommodating and provided great local resturant tips. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check out at a nominal fee. Good experience to stay beautiful rooms and surrounding

It was a pleasure staying at this wonderful apartment!! If anyone is looking for a home away from home.I would highly recommend this place. From the moment I walked in,the place felt welcoming .The apartment was cozy and very well kept .It had everything needed for a comfortable stay . The toiletries in the bathrooms and fresh towels and soap etc made the place feel even more welcoming. I was at ease throughout my stay. A well equipped warm and cozy place to stay!!

Great and modern place artistically done by Dinesh. Everything from beaches to best food places are in very close vicinity. 10 minutes to Baga/Anjuna/Calangute, 30 minutes to Morjim/Ashvem and less than 5 minutes to great food places. Walking distance to grocery. So, can't ask for more. A very clean place with well stocked kitchen with all amenities you need. All sides balconies around the flat and big tree views around give you a very nice resort'ish feel. Definitely recommend. Keep up the good work. We had a good time. Thank you.
