This unique place has a style all its own. It’s not a apartment, it’s an experience. Fully furnished apartment with two balconies. East and west facing balconies, so that you can watch sunrise and sunset. Tallest building in the city, you will get a view like no other. The owner has a knack for sketches and the whole apartment has a vibe you’ll remember for a long time. Although lift is not operational right now, the guests will have to climb the stairs.

Mandawa Kothi is an old heritage property build during the time of Silk Route about 200 Years ago as a Mansion to live for the whole family (A Havlei)A couple of years back Mr. Rajendra Singh restored the place and converted it into a beautiful heritage boutique property for people to experience the best of Mandawa and Shekhawati with the culture of Rajasthan feeling the royalty while they stay in Mandawa Kothi.

lovely place having Olive trees, Dates palm trees, sweet lime plants, sandle wood plants, apple ber plants, Guava plants and many more.... cows, sahiwal, rathi, Gir and tharparkar horses marwari and camel safari... farm pond, fishes, hen farm, bee keeping and many more small animals and birds... It seems heaven for nature lovers....
