We had a great experience at Conrado's apartment! The owner was super nice and treated us perfectly! The apartment is beautiful and well maintained, exactly as shown in the photos. Because it is in a flat, it has daily housekeeping, which was a great attraction for us. There is also covered, rotating parking. It is important to mention that it is in a safe location, and although it is very central (which in some cities can offer a certain feeling of insecurity), it is a very quiet place, and you can take several walks.

Bed and bath items (towels, sheets, pillowcases) are of high quality. As well as the pillows and mattresses. Highlight for the full kitchen with good quality equipment. And necessary ingredients (and good!) for those who want to cook. There is a coffee machine that mounts the beans on time and provides a breakfast with a beautiful view! The internet has good speed and low latency, two positive indicators. The building has a gym, coworking, swimming pool and other spaces for those who want to enjoy. The staff of the condominium are attentive and friendly! Communication with the host Joel is quick, he is thoughtful, organized and willing to help with whatever it takes. No doubt I would return to this apartment for a stay in Londrina.
