The property is exactly as shown in the photos, it is on a high floor, so in addition to the view, it is quiet. It is very nicely decorated. The garage accommodates large cars, something we don't find in other properties. Evandro is very kind and helpful, in addition to responding quickly.

The chalet is amazing. It's perfect for those looking for a getaway from the city. Well wrapped in woods and nature, it is very cozy and very complete. It is also worth noting that the common spaces of Estância Paraíso are also great, such as the tea house and the pool.
