Cabin vacation rentals in Manchester

I didn't write much on the review prompts because it just wasn't needed. Jessica is a great host and the place doesn't feel like a hotel in disguise, it felt like a great place to make new memories. We're grateful for the warm ones we left with.

I booked this trip for my husband’s birthday. It was centered around snowboarding and we were happy it was close to Killington, Pico and Stratton. The house itself was well thought out and there were instructions to everything which took the guesswork out of using the spaces. Would definitely stay again

Courtney’s A frame cabin was exactly what we’d been looking for. My girlfriend and I both work high stress jobs for our first anniversary wanted to unplug, relax, and just be together in a beautiful cabin. The Sauna was easy to use and ran incredibly well, the hot tub was clean and already warm for us when we arrived, the fireplace brought me back to my childhood (wood heat only home) and kept us cozy, and the decor maintained the charm of a 70’s cabin while still being clean, well kept, and modern (mid-cent). Courtney runs a beautiful cabin here, if you’re looking to escape to the lush forests of Vermont and enjoy some rustic charm, absolutely check this place out. Cheers!

We loved Lasse’s cabin! The attention to detail was evident throughout the cabin. Everything was clean, tidy, and well furnished. Very comfortable with everything we needed, but without clutter. It was the perfect setting for my husband and I to spend a quiet, restful weekend. We enjoyed using the hot tub in the chilly weather and took trips into Chester and Brattleboro for restaurants, coffee, and antiquing. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return to this cabin if we return to the area in the future. Cannot recommend this spot enough. We did not bring out three young kids with us, but this place would have been great for them too as it is very kid friendly!

Will and Sarah have crafted a beautiful cabin in a very peaceful area! The craftsmanship throughout the cabin is evident. The hot tub and fireplace made it extra cozy during the light snowfall and the bed was very comfortable. The cabin is only about 20 minutes from many ski locations and Manchester Center despite it seeming very isolated which was awesome. The bed was very comfortable and the full kitchen was very helpful as well. I had the chance to briefly speak with Will on my way up to the cabin and he was very friendly and I felt safe in the location having been by myself as they were right up the road if anything happened! Thank you very much for letting me experience the home you created and I highly recommend for anyone looking to stay!

Awesome place near Stratton and Mt snow. Beautiful surroundings and tranquil stream nearby. Wood burning hot tub worked really well. I started it and went to dinner for a couple hours and when I got back it was over 100 degrees.

if you’re looking for an off the grid home away from home for a weekend getaway, this is the place for you! what a lovely property and space to breathe in the fresh mountain air and decompress. def recommend to anyone at anytime of year. it snowed every day we were there and it made it all the more magical, yet we were still able to drive into “town” or to manchester if we wanted (very efficient snow clearing in VT😁)

We had a great weekend stay for a ski trip. The house was great, plenty of places to sleep, the kitchen well-equipped, the Jacuzzi was a welcome respite at the end of the day. John was incredibly helpful and super easy to work with. We will come back again.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here. This place is super cute and exceptionally clean, super close to Mt Snow as well! Would absolutely stay here again.

This was the second time I booked Erin’s place and my group and I loved it! The outdoor jacuzzi is a huge highlight. The house is spacious and very comfortable.

Michelle and this property are absolute gems. The place is spotless, full of clean and well-maintained pots, pans, kitchen utensils, appliances, and tableware. All the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. We have learned from past rentals that the home is not always cleaned properly. So we normally wipe down all the counters, faucets and tables prior to use. This is the only home that we’ve rented that came away with ZERO dirt. Michelle’s very prompt communication contains very detailed information regarding the house and things to-do around the area. We are in awe of this house and Michelle. We hope that all future renters continue to respect the property so that many more can continue to enjoy it for years to come.

We had a wonderful week once again at this beautiful, cozy cabin. It is always spotlessly clean and comfortable. Adam and Filipa are exceptional hosts - very kind and responsive. The location is perfect - easy to get into town to enjoy restaurants and to ski at Mt. Snow and even though we got a lot of snow and ice the driveway was plowed and sanded to make it safe for travel. I highly recommend this home for your trip to Southern Vermont. I can't wait to return!

We have been coming back to the red house with our children every year for the past 7-8 years. It’s a magical, peaceful place, a place like no other. The cabin has everything needed and we always find it in great condition.

This is a beautiful cabin and a gorgeous property. We loved everything! It was perfectly comfortable and extremely clean with so much to do! We loved being able to bring our dog as well. The pool and the sport courts were so fun! We can't wait to come back.

The alpine cottage sleeps 10 comfortably. Super roomy kitchen and large dining room table. Two TV areas. Access to pool and other amenities. Recommend highly.

This cabin was the perfect weekend getaway for my family. It was exactly as advertised. Rustic and cozy are the perfect words to describe its qualities. Even with extremely low temperatures outside the cabin stayed warm with the wood stove and electric baseboard heat. It’s super close to multiple mountains and right near great local restaurants. My kids had a wonderful time snowshoeing on the property. Super peaceful and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again. Mike was a great host and made our stay comfortable and easy.

Marinas little red cabin was perfect for our ski trip! The WiFi is a little rough but we didn’t spend much time on our phones Bring dvd’s (the collection is solid but more the better) Perfect distance to okemo, Stowe is less than two hours so it was great! The cabin felt so cozy and felt right at home! Would def book again!

Excellent place to stay considering the location and and beautiful views. Owners were excellent, very helpful and did what ever they could to make our experience enjoyable!

The cabin was perfect for a cozy weekend getaway! In fact, it was even more lovely in person than the photos. We did some lovely hiking in the area and visited nearby farms. Our dog loved the space and slept like a log after a day of hiking. On the day it rained, we had the best time staying inside, reading, playing games, and listening to music. There are clear instructions everywhere to help make sure everything is used properly. While it was too cold and rainy to make too much use of the outdoor amenities, we were able to easily grill. We hope to come back in the summer to make fire pits and swim in the nearby brook! Overall wonderful stay, it was everything we were looking for.

This was our 2nd time staying at Brian's place, the home is perfect for a larger group and has so many toys for the kids, they LOVED it! Everything is very clean, and the kitchen has all the pots/pans needed for cooking. In Feb there was so much snow we got to go sledding in the front yard, and a few from our group made the trip to Stratton for the day. We love going to Wilmington for coffee/lunch. Planning to be back again in 2026!

I’ve had my eye on this place for a few years so I was very excited to stay here on a quick weekend trip! It’s very cozy, spacious and beautifully decorated. The four of us had a lot of room to relax and have our own spaces (two couples). The beds were comfortable and so was the couch. It’s also much closer to the town than I thought, making it easy to grab dinner or supplies. We were pleasantly surprised the spot we wanted to try for dinner was right down the road (Pearl’s Place was great!). We hope to be back in the fall sometime!

Wow! This cabin literally felt like a slice of heaven in the Green Mountains. While being close to town, and easy enough to find and access, we were secluded and nestled amongst the trees and a flowing creek. We felt safe and secure. The wifi was fast and we were able to make calls and send texts. We were thrilled to find a Vermont Country Store just ten minutes down the street, and would highly recommend going! Shaw's grocery store in Ludlow was also surprisingly good, and we enjoyed many unexpected finds. This is notable as many of the businesses in Ludlow appear to be seasonal, and you may end up cooking back at the cabin. This is thankfully easily accomplished as the kitchen is pretty large, with ample cabinet space and new stainless appliances. The cabin had a nice outdoor fire pit and indoor wood stove, which both made for a wonderful ambiance. Also, of note, the water out of the sink was delicious, and cold. No need to buy bottled water while you are staying. Thank you!

One of my favorite AirBnB stays ever! If you're looking for a cool, comfortable, memorable experience, this is it. The photos don't do it justice. This beautiful home was spotless, had so many amazing handmade artful features, and comfortably hosted our group of 5. Communication with Rik was excellent throughout, and he gave us excellent local recommendations. There are so many great surprises and personal touches in the home, so much space to explore - all in the comfort of modern, cozy amenities. Julian’s home felt like just like your own. Comfortable, clean, with all the amenities. We loved being able to have a fire in the fireplace to warm up after a cold day skiing. Kitchen had everything we needed, great laundry set up, the kids loved the shower and bunk beds. We’d love to stay again!
