Newly built cabin located Near the Blue Bear ATV and Snowmobile trail. The cabin is cozy and spacious, it has central AC with a large living room and Kitchen area. It has a large covered porch and firepit! There is plenty of room on the property to park your boat trailer ATVs or Snowmobiles. It's across the street from Big Twin Lake which has public access. It is located in the heart of the "Lake Michigan Snowbelt" if there is snow in the Lower peninsula it's usually here.

A functional laundry area features a washer and dryer set. A bottle of liquid detergent is placed beside the appliances on a granite countertop. The walls are painted in a soft lavender hue, creating a calm ambiance. A glimpse of a living space is visible through the doorway.

We really enjoyed staying at Fawn’s place!! This was a top tier place! She thought of everything and provided so many extras like snacks, an assortment of drinks and even chocolates on the pillows. The decor was very well done and it was so clean and comfortable. It was a great spot to stay as we explored some of north Michigan. We slept well and the surroundings were very peaceful and quiet. We would stay here again without any hesitation. Fawn was quick to answer questions and help in any way. We enjoyed staying here very much!!

This was our 2nd time there. The house was just has described and it was a beautiful house and location. it was great to be back and we are hoping we can do it again next year. The house felt like home. Thank you again for letting us share your home and space.

We had a wonderful stay the weekend of Feb 15th-17th. The house has a beautiful cabin feel and was spacious enough for 5 adults and 1 teenager. All the amenities you need. Great location for skiing at Shanty Creek (20min drive) and Boyne Mountain (30min drive). Definitely a lot of snow in Feb. and need 4x4 for driveway and driving in the area. Highly recommend staying here. Sue, property manager, is great, proactive in her communication and always responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

I can’t say enough about this wonderful place and the great host. They were highly responsive before and during our stay. When I saw the photos, I thought it was too good to be true - but it wasn’t - everything was as exactly described and as pictured. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. This space was perfect for our week-long stay in Bellaire. It's the little details that make a big difference to me ... the thoughtful birthday note for our oldest, the coloring books left out for our youngest ... the coffee bar!! The condo had everything that we needed to make meals, do laundry throughout the week, and play games in the evening. It's also a very quiet area. One morning, we saw deer hanging out in the back! Chris is a friendly and responsive host. We would gladly return. Be sure to check out Short's Brewery, Mammoth Distillery, and The Iron Skillet right there in Bellaire!
