I really enjoyed my monthlong stay here. Joana was friendly and responsive to any needs that came up while I was staying at her property. She went the extra mile from the beginning to make sure I had everything I needed during my visit. I really enjoyed the beautiful location so close to el Yunque. I come to PR often, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The location was perfect! The house was as advertised and was what we needed for our time in east Puerto Rico. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was very comfortable and had the right amenities for a comfortable stay. We were also very pleased with the location and everything it had to offer.

This place was very nice. Loved being able to sit on the balcony. Great open concept in the Livingroom/kitchen area. One recommendation: we booked for a week, and had to live out of our suitcases because there were no dresser/drawers in any of the bedrooms, this was an inconvenience for some of us. One room had a closet so they were able to hang up their weeks worth of clothing. The pool was driving distance, I would book closer to the pool area. Only other major issue was we lost Wifi in the condo for three days into our vacation. It rained a few days, so staying in, we couldn't watch television. If these things are not important to you, then you'll love this place. Other than that, everything was great, and I recommend 100%.

More or less as described. Comfy beds and furniture. We particularly enjoyed the balcony space, the proximity to the beaches and El Yunke National Forest. My only niggle is it took us a couple tries to determine which compound we were actually in which was El Yunke something. It was Ocean something and Signature Service but never El Yunke anything. And there are several very similar groups of buildings next door. But it’s a small thing! Really enjoyed our stay.

Our Family of five had a great stay. This unit was exactly as described, clean and very near the areas we wanted to explore. We appreciated the gated entry with security on staff at all times. The kitchen had everything we needed for the at home meals that complimented our dinners out. The 3 bedroom—4 bed setup was exactly what we needed. Great beaches nearby (there’s a closet in the unit that has complimentary beach items ), El Yunque was an 8 minute drive and Carabali Adventure park just a few minutes more. Short drive to Luquillo kiosks and the drive to the Ceiba Ferry for our trips to Culebra and Vieques was only 30 minutes away. And a picturesque drive to San Juan was still very manageable. Proactive communication from the host was great and responses were very fast.

Was an amazing stay at an amazing place. If you are a golfer do not miss this opportunity.

It was good for my family needs, room and location. Cutely decorated, but could use a deeper clean some stains on linens. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which was a plus. No hot water in the unit but we made due. I overlooked that in the listing. There was no dressers or hangers in the bedrooms, so we couldn’t empty our suitcases and make ourselves more comfortable. The complex is gated and safe, could open windows at night for a nice breeze and the beautiful night sounds.

We loved our stay! Very close to the Wyndham Resort and the home itself was spacious, fully equipped, very clean and very efficient. The complex felt very safe with so much to do. The host covered each end everything you may need to make the stay feel at home. She even includes a binder with recommendations within the home. We would love to stay here again. Our family for very well with children.

Great apartment in a safe complex right on the beach, walking distance to the kioskos and a short drive from all the activities in the area. So lovely to wake up to the sounds of the ocean. AC works super well too 😊 highly recommend!

We had a great time at this place. It was a perfect setting for our large family group to feel just at home. Rafael was very responsive n was very helpful in providing local recommendations.

The Villa was very clean, confortable and with the necessary amenities. The location is great. Villa is very spacious, the ck in was easy and the communication with the host was great. I recommended 100%.

There isn’t enough great things to say about this place to truly describe how wonderful it is !! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures. Also the host is excellent! Communication is excellent. Super kind and truly cared. We had a flight delay and the host Rebecca stayed up and in contact until we were safely checked in. But the check in process was so thoroughly explained and a breeze. Rebecca truly cared that my Family and I had a great time celebrating my Mom’s birthday. Gave great recommendations and checked in with messages. The location is awesome - the view of the resort is very beautiful with a lot to do and a great restaurant called Roots on location. Also El Yunque is awesome! So much fun. Luquillo is hands down one of the best beaches I’ve been to with calm waters. The Amigo grocery store is close as well with a lot of great options for groceries. This place is literally my favorite Airbnb and as stated before the host Rebecca is awesome and communicates thoroughly. Thx!

Myself, my husband, and our infant daughter recently stayed here and we really enjoyed our time! The apartment is nicely updated/decorated and clean. We felt very safe in the apartment and on the property. It is a beautiful location. We loved the pools and the, essentially, private beach. Having the resort within a short walk was very convenient. The host is very responsive (often answering my messages within minutes) and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful views , best pools . The location was only 34 kin to the airport and 30 min to the Marina that was used for our snorkel guide . I would recommend this place if you are looking for a carefree and beautiful stay

This unit stands out because it is beautifully decorated, clean and fresh, and has lots of well-thought-out details. It is well equipped and stocked with what you will need to enjoy the property and the beach. It is conveniently located near the drop-off car area and assigned car parking spot. The pool and beach access are easily accessible and within a minute’s walk. We enjoyed our time spent in the unit and its surroundings. The hosts are responsive and have a helping attitude, which is a plus. We’ll gladly stay again.

Very convenient to beach and Rio Mar Resort.

I loved this Airbnb. I purchased it because it is near all of the activities which include zip lining, Carabalí adventure park, a short drive to Luquillo beach and the boat terminals, and it’s about 35 minutes away from San Juan. It’s also about 20 minutes away from go karts and Walmart. The penthouse itself included a whole lot of amenities that were helpful throughout my trip. They have everything you need for the beach and it’s clean. They have games, cards to tell you how to make mixed drinks and TVs in every bedroom. It also has pots and pans, as well as coffee machines and blenders. In summary, it is extremely convenient and true to the description. I recommend it to anyone driving around PR.
