Free parking, pool and beach access. Pool is right next to the villa. The villa is located at a private complex, a quiet area in Rio Grande, minutes away from El Yunque Rainforest. Close to the bioluminescent bay in Fajardo, the Ferry Terminal to Vieques and Culebra, SJU Airport and excellent restaurants and areas of interest.

We are 45 minutes to the ferries that will take you to Culebra and Vieques. Private property with chickens, 2 cats and a dog named Cayo. Our personal home is on the property. We are close by for any assistance. We have lots of fruits & vegetables (passion fruit, bananas, pineapple, mangos..). We are striving to be as low impact as possible.
