Vacation rentals with a balcony in Maloja District

Very cozy apartment, clean and convenient. Ideal for a group of friends and a family. Too bad for the single parking only.

It all worked out for me and my son. For 2 large adults, the bed would be a little too narrow and too short. For skiing, you only walk 100 m to a plate lift and drive directly to the gondola. Gladly come back.

One could never get tired of the view! This apartment was in a perfect location, walkable to a ski rental store, and train stop if needed. It was also walkable to a gondola for skiing, if you wanted. We used our car to bring the skis and park in the gondola ramp. The apartment was clean, loved the pocket sliding door between the family room and the bedroom area. Beds were very comfortable, updates, colors, and historical photos added style. Kitchen was great. Just know you may need to buy some spice and oil for cooking, and there is no toaster or microwave. The tv had movie channel options. In-garage parking was wonderful. You do need coins for the shared laundry facilities and your own detergent. Heated floors were great. Did I mention the view?!?!? I would stay here again, and again, and again, and again! Can I move in?!?!?

Very beautiful and spacious apartment with a wonderful view. Well located, walkable from the train station and right next to a bus station. The kitchen had all necessary supplies and we felt very much at home, didn’t want to leave!

SPECIALE'S APARTMENT IN CHESA RONCHI IS BEAUTIFUL AND WE HAD A VERY NICE STAY. WE FOUND EVERYTHING WE NEEDED IN THE APARTMENT. THE LOCATION IS GREAT AND WE LOVE CELERINA. WE HAD A BIG CAR AND WERE HAPPY TO HAVE ENOUGH SPACE TO PARK IT IN THE GARAGE.

Wonderful apartment in Silvaplana-Surlej in close proximity to countless outdoor activities. The very well-equipped kitchen and the large, sunny balcony invite you to linger, especially after a sauna. Very fast communication with Speciale Home - they helped wherever they could. We will be back - thanks a lot :)

Cute apartment. A little old kitchen. Only one bathroom and unfortunately no elevator. The house has great potential should be renovated with a renovation. Great location. Very comfortable garage. Self check-in procedure. Clean house. Working wifi.

Definitely the best airbnb that my family and I have ever been, I HIGHLY recommend it. The view from the window of the room dispenses the need for a television, since we caught ourselves several times just sitting in the room, in silence, admiring the view of the mountains.
