The place is nice and just 5 minutes from the golf course. It was a great choice for us, especially since we didn’t have to go downtown to find accommodations. They have towels, bath essentials prepared for us. The owner was also very responsive and prompt in my messages.

We had a fantastic stay in this amazing studio unit on the 10th floor of Ivory Residences. The place is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail. The 55-inch TV with Netflix was a nice touch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hot shower worked perfectly, and the AC was quiet, making for a restful sleep. I also loved the view from the balcony—definitely a great place to relax. Highly recommend!

No regret choosing this place to stay for overnight! 100% sure to book the place again—- at a strategic location (nearest mall/restaurants/pharmacy/bookstore) and mostly, it feels so safe, quiet and elegant too!

Absolutely loved my stay. The room was impeccably clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view was breathtaking. From the moment I stepped into the room, I was impressed by the attention to detail. The decor was modern and elegant, with a calming color palette that created a relaxing atmosphere. The bed was luxuriously comfortable, providing a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, with towels and high-quality toiletries. I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay in Monica's place. All rooms had air conditioners. Both bathrooms had water heaters. The kitchen had all the basic tools that you need. The compound is gated and maintained by staffs. A dedicated parking was also a must for us since we rented a car. We really chose this place because of the location. We usually buy urgent needs from a 24/7 Shell Select nearby, coffee from Daleachious Cafe, did laundry from thelaundrycare, had pizza from Simply Joe's Pizza and purchased other needs from SM Ecoland. We will definitely book again in the future! Thanks Monica!
