The property is located in the heart of a farm where we raise cattle. On the ground floor, you have a very rustic and unrenovated room with a sitting area and kitchen. We are located 7 minutes from Cléguérec, where all amenities are located. Pontivy is 15 minutes away. You are 1 hour from Vannes, Lorient and Saint-Brieuc.
