Cameron, Chris and Karen were amazing hosts - very friendly, hospitable, warm and welcoming! The Bobotie we had which was made by Chris and the Brownsies for dessert made by Cameron was delicious. Overall, the accommodation was everything you needed for a stop over, highly recommend. 😃

We had nice and interesting stay. The house is so cosy and full of beautiful details. Sue is the best host ever. She told us everything about the amazing house and is truly the nicest person on earth. She gave us a warm welcome. We could have talked to her forever.

If you're looking for a peaceful and serene place to stay with a proper farm house experience and like to see the stars at night, you can't go wrong! This is my new halfway to the coast for sure.

Fully recommended also for a longer stay (no kitchen). Very nice flat and huge shower in the bathroom . We enjoyed very much the pool and the breakfast (rusks, milk, water, coffee). The location is nice cause you can walk to town.

I had never been to Bethulie before and it was a great place for a stayover on our way to PE. Lovely village with a lovely restaurant and Jacqueline and Jaco were fabulous hosts. Very welcoming and the cottage was exactly what we needed after the long drive. I'll stop by there again anyday.

This was my second stay at Cora’s cottage, and it felt like coming home. The cottage is well-equipped and private. There are beautiful trails on the farm to walk, hike and run. I enjoyed a swim in the river and listening to the sounds of nature. I’d definitely recommend this for an individual or for a family/friend stay.

This is a hidden gem within the Stormberg. It has all the amenities you can wish for as well as a beautiful view. The cottage is beautifully decorated with a large bathroom. Everything you need is there. Kim is definitely a superhost, communicating with us regularly before, during and after the visit and sent very good instructions to find the route to the cottage. We had milk, tea, coffee and lovely rusks waiting for us when we arrived. The cottage has a beautiful setting overlooking a dam and part of the mountain. We are not fishermen but enjoyed the scenery, the birding both on the farm and the adjacent farm roads. We spent a peaceful old (2021) and new year (2022) at the cottage with only the occasional bird checking in. This is definitely the place to go if you want to rest and enjoy nature. We took long walks on the farm but it definitely also has cycling possibilities. A place to add to your itinerary.

This is beginning to feel like a home away from home for me. I frequent Burgersdorp regularly and each time I stay with Kobus I am able to relax and have a good nights rest. Really superb unit and a great host
