Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Maleme

Thank you to Matthew and the team for such a lovely stay. Matthew went above and beyond for the duration of our visit, even giving us a lift to the local winery. The villa was exactly as pictured and beautifully maintained. The host welcomed us with pastries and local delicacies, which were even topped up during our stay when the villa was serviced. Whilst in a peaceful and quaint location, a car is necessary to explore the island and all it has to offer. Public transport does exist but is infrequent and not always easy to understand. Definitely worth a trip to the traditional bakery located a few minutes walk from the villa. Although we had a fantastic time in the hot tub and pool, the hot tub could definitely have been hotter. Overall all I would recommend this to everyone, and we will certainly be returning to Doro Gold Villa! Thanks again! Emma and friends

My boyfriend and I stayed 5 days in the accommodation and were very pleased with our stay. The apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful modern house. The apartment was very well equipped, there was nothing missing. The beautiful terrace with a hot tub is worth mentioning. The location is great. It is about 15 minutes drive to the center of Chania. Several beaches are within walking distance. The house itself is in a quiet location. It offers a good base for exploring Crete. Katerina and her husband are great hosts. Upon arrival, a fresh Greek salad, oranges and wine awaited us. We got fresh vegetables from the garden a few days later. Katerina was always available and very friendly. We felt very comfortable. Overall, we would recommend the accommodation! 5/5 stars!

Giorgia has been a wonderful host. The flat was super clean and the host welcomed us with fruit, sweets and everything for breakfast. She gave us clean towels and sheets twice and she recommended restaurants and places to visit. She left us time to checkout and said goodbye with many ice creams!! 🥰she really was a fantastic host . The bed is comfortable , the bathroom very modern and beautiful and the whirpool a pleasant extra. We liked everything and hope to come back

Very nice modern house (less than five years old?) overlooking the sea. Everything in very good working order, including powerful air conditioning in the bedrooms. Frequent cleaning of the pool area was a benefit, particularly when a storm had come in the night before. Very convenient to Rethymno as well as to several bakeries and restaurants towards the centre of the island.

Perfect place to stay while in Chania and exploring Crete. Close to everything but on a charming quiet street tucked away from the noise and crowds. Next to some of the best restaurants in town. Apartment was private, spacious and very clean. AC worked great. WiFi was ok. One thing to note is stairs are steep and second bedroom is accessible through the first bedroom, up another flight of stairs and , detached and on the rooftop space with a nice seating area and hot tub. Everything was great though and would highly recommend!

What a wonderful house! We were surprised to be so close to 2 lovely beaches, great hikes and a delicious restaurant. We’re a family with 3 young kids and they loved the swing, swinging bench, jacuzzi, space to play inside. Dimitris left a baby crib, high chair, and toddler potty for us which was super helpful. The best was Dimitris was very kind upon greeting us late at night when we arrived.

“Machil welcomed us with drinks and food, explained everything to us and told us a little about the special features of the place. From the start, he was very attentive and kind. We LOVED our stay at Butterfly, and felt sad when we left! We came to Crete for a week for a birthday celebration, and wanted to be a little out of the tourist areas. Our check in was seamless, and Theo from Muses travel was always contactable to help us out with anything. The WiFi wasn’t working properly when we got there, and everyone went out of their way to get it fixed for us. The village of Armeni was beautiful and had an excellent mini market (shoutout to Niko), and a couple of great restaurants. Rethymno is a beautiful city which is just 10 minutes away. There were four of us so it was reasonably priced to hire a driver for our day trips, so we saw Knossos and Heraklion, and then also took a day trip to Spili, Agia Galini and Matala. If we ever get back to Crete would LOVE to return to Butterfly.🦋

We spent six nights at Pavlos' place during our vacation in Crete. The check-in was, although we arrived in the middle of the night, without any problems. The communication with Pavlos was very pleasant. He was always available for any questions. The apartment is high-quality and stylishly furnished, has great views and it is very quiet. Despite everything, you don't have to be afraid of living completely isolated. The terrace offers a little shade and invites you to linger. The tavern "Meltemi" is just minutes away, the food here is delicious and the staff friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the time in Pavlos accommodation and would be happy to come back🌞

The Villa Naval is even better than the pictures. It is modern, clean and well appointed with everything you could need taken care of. You can walk to the beach or the local shops easily. The town is quiet but a short taxi ride from more lively areas. We were a group of 8 old friends and it was perfect for us. The host is very responsive and helpful. Fully recommend!

From the moment you step through the entrance gate, you can feel that Electra and her husband have created something really special. They left nothing untouched in the beautiful restoration of this village house. We loved the relaxing days by the pool and magical nights on their rooftop terrace overlooking the sea. Electra was so kind and informative and provided delicious goodies upon our arrival. Our 8 and 6 year old loved our stay there and it was absolutely a highlight of our trip. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Thank you again to Giorgos and Maria for hosting us. A very big Sahara sandstorm disrupted everything on the day of our arrival. Our hosts did their best and even the impossible to clean everything and allow us to enjoy the villa in the best conditions. The villa is beautiful. Everything is planned so that we can relax and make the most of it. Full of good intentions, products available allow you to feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. I can only recommend the Mythic Olive villa 😊

We had a great time staying here for a few days. The villa was clean with plenty of space to other local properties for privacy. There are local restaurants and a bakery within 5 mins walk as well as a bus stop to easily head for central Chania. The host was very responsive and quickly sorted any questions we had. Highly recommended

The place was great and exactly as the photos suggest. Lots of steep and tiled stairs so a bit challenging with a 18 month old but for 3-4 year olds it was great. We came in May and the heated pool meant they could play in the pool all day. The place is lovely and clean, the outdoor bbq area is super and there are two taverns within walking distance as well as a corner shop. Anyone staying here will have a great holiday!

A lovely, luxury appartment near the beach and about 30 minutes' walk from the old town of Chania. A well-equipped, clean and beautiful appartment, but above all the warm and friendly hostess Anastasia. She guided us around the area, brought local delicacies, stocked the fridge with food and even drove us to the grocery store with her car. We really enjoyed our stay at the appartment and can wholeheartedly recommend it to others. You certainly wont't be disapointed!

The Villa is stunning, amazing views and a great pool. Diana met us upon arrival, and was very helpful and friendly. Amenities in the Villa were great, especially the kitchen. We were a family of 5 and hired a car for our weeks stay. Chania is beautiful with lots of restaurants and bars. Beaches were lovely, quite busy but worth the trip. Would highly recommend.
