The host, Esther, is very responsive and gives good recommendations on food to try around the area. She even had a welcome snack for us in case we were hungry after long hours of driving to Penang! Checking in was easy as it's done via an easily accessible locked mailbox. However, before driving into the carpark for the first time, someone has to collect the carpark payment card if you do not have your own TnG card. The suite is very clean, even in hard-to-reach corners. Many household needs are covered too, including a TV, washing machine (washing powder and softener included), clothes dryer, many hangers, enough utensils for 5+ people, dish-cleaning soap etc. Great location - connected to a mall that includes a supermarket with everything needed. Another new mall across the overhead bridge too. Food choices nearby were good, a lot of restaurants and an open-air food center selling delicious authentic local food. Fully recommend to anyone who is staying in Penang for a while!

Beautiful view . Aircon is powerful. Location is not congested . Grab cars easily available in this area. Will choose this place again for next vacation. Highly recommended to families and groups of friends .

Robin and his partner, Nicholas, are some of the best hosts there are on airbnb. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, well-decorated, and very comfy. A washer in the apartment, a good gym, and a nice pool in the building. I highly recommend Robin's place.

Ideal location in the heart of KL city, it was easy to find the place (via car). The place was clean, and Michael was really hospitable and welcoming. We have no issues with the place. But it’s also worth noting that the apartment is right beside a nightlife (pubs/clubs) spot/bikers hangout area. It did get very loud till late into the night (weekends) with music and bike revving. My family can tolerate it since we only return late and too tired by then, but those with young children/babies may be inconvenienced. Personally I will still return due to convenience of location and place cleanliness.

실내에서 트윈타워의 야경을 감상할수 있으면 방 2개에 가족들이 숙박하기에 적합한 숙소 입니다. 수우건을 마아니 안쭘니다. 떠딸라꼬하면 도오니 필요합니다. 참고하세요~ 수영장 야경도 멋있구 좋아 편하게 즐길수 있습니다. 수리아몰까지도 가까워 걸어서 이동 가능합니다. 가까운 거리는 그랩이 잘 안 잡힐수 있으니 여유롭게 움직이시는걸 추천합니다.

Location was great, right above Paradigm Mall. Access to the mall was easy too. Unit was as advertised- basic and clean with a kitchenette and 2 bedrooms. Bathrooms were also clean with soap and shampoo provided. Towels provided. One bedroom had a small bed for a kid, which was great. We stayed for one night only so it’s good for us. Host allowed us to check in earlier which was great too! Only thing to take note is probably the access- it was a little difficult to access the carpark after checkout but we managed to do so with the help of the security guard. But overall good value for this stay! Thank you!

Our stay at Kelvin’s apartment in Kozi Square, Kuching was absolutely perfect! From the beginning, Kelvin was an outstanding host — he graciously accommodated our early arrival, making our trip smooth and stress-free. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location is fantastic — Kozi Square has everything you need right within the complex, including a variety of restaurants, a food court, cafes, a grocery store, shops, and even entertainment options. It’s also conveniently close to Kuching International Airport and many of the city’s attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much, Kelvin, for your warm hospitality and for making us feel right at home. This is my second stay here. The unit is equipped with everything necessary for me. Mr Keong always replied quickly, when I made an inquiry. This place is very peaceful and convenient. I will be back.

Paling best adalah tuan rumah ni. Daripada mula deal mesra dan ramah. Instruction mudah faham. Bagi checkout lewat. Senang berunding. Last barang tertinggal siap tolong pos semula kat saya. Untung betul dapat kenal orang baik. Korang boleh gunakan homestay ni. Perkhidmatan yang diberi memang terbaik. Rumah memang selesa la. Berasa mcm duduk rumah sendiri dah.

很棒的一次住宿体验，berry十分热情周到，感受到了马来华人的热情，很晚了提问还及时回复，我们早上飞机，berry看到房间空着的，提前让我们入住了。住宿地理位置虽然不是市中心，但是十分方便，中央车站步行十分钟可到达。感觉比住市中心更便捷。期待下次和Berry再次相遇，感谢。
