The group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This place is 12minutes walk from Dmall and 5minutes walk to Bulabog beachfront. Its the only 4 bedroom Balinese style villa (open space design) with swimming pool, kitchen and griller in the area of Bulabog. The house is located in a residential area. Not very busy but still very accessable with etrikes and habal. Expect roosters every morning which makes you closer to nature while watching the sunrise set.

It was a vacation for the books! We travelled with my senior mom in law, and she was impressed at how comfortable the transfers were, how spacious the rooms were, and she particularly highlighted the courtesy of Astoria Current staff. Highly recommended!

This luxury is amazing! Everything looks like the photos, very spacious and clean, great view of the beach and we have our own swimming pool and easy access to the beach. It was like a dream that we did not want to wake up! Staff are polite and attentive, they can pretty much provide all of our requests. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s 20th birthday and they did everything they can to decorate the room, got fresh flowers and a really cute cake to make the day special. We used their chef service too on the birthday and everything was great. The price was definitely on the higher side, but considering how nice the apartment was and all of the service they provide, I’d say it’s worth it. It was a great stay and my family made great memories together during our stay there!

Our month here was great! It is quite remote and non-touristic, lets you enjoy relaxing days in local vibe and gorgeous nature. Pebble beach with clean water and some corals, you will find some marine life, bring coral shoes and snorkeling mask. Kayak lets you appreciate beautiful shoreline and hills. A lot of stars at night. There is one small town nearby with 7/11, wet market and local stores, bigger town in 30 min has much more shops, nothing fancy, though. A lot to discover around, white-sand beaches, waterfalls and lakes. Just a 1.5 hr trip to Boracay. The best part - very friendly and supportive host and his crew. Psalm helped us with everything: transfers from/to airport, food, bike, trip to Boracay etc. Organized trips to waterfalls and local experiences. Aunty and Adrian cooked food and kept villa in a good shape. We felt at ease. Cons: no hot shower, insects, roosters, electric and 4G outages. We are very grateful to Psalm and his crew for this fantastic getaway!

This is a great location! Right across from Station X and a Mini Stop that is open until 1 am which was perfect whenever we got hungry for late night snacks. With a 4-5 minute walk from the beach at Station 2, it was very convenient and easy to start our day. The room itself had great air conditioning - a necessity for the Boracay heat. The only thing is the WiFi is very spotty, so be prepared for that. It's a great value room if you're in need of a quick stay in Boracay and Nemia is responsive with any questions you may have. Great service, too!

This place is right on white beach. Literally a 30 sec walk out to the water. And while there are bars and restaurants right outside that get pretty crowded in the evenings, the noise doesn't carry over to the rooms. Its quiet and peaceful in the rooms. It's right next to Dmall which is great for island shopping and restaurants as well. The room was big and spacious and comfortable for two people. Clean bathroom as well and daily cleaning. Fits the description and worth the price. Boracay is a tiny island and with this place being right on the beach, you may find some issues with small leaks and aircon cooling that are typical of island living. The staff is prompt with fixes and it didn't impact our experience of our stay.
