Villa with large garden near the sea. The house is located in central Öregrund with about 300-400 meters from the sea with rocks and sandy beach, restaurants, nightlife, public transport and marina. Family-friendly activities are close by. Nice raised garden with balcony, patio and barbecue. The place is good for couples as well as solo adventurers and families with kids. Trampoline can be find in the garden. Öregrund is an old idyllic fishing village, one of the few places on Sweden's cheese coast where you can watch the sun set in the sea.

You will love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning till night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, wildlife. The house was built to make you feel you are in the middle of the countryside but indoors. Feel free to take forest hikes in the near area. You can get to the house with the motorboat with a 4 hp rowboat, which is included, as it is about a 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

We prioritize renting out to families in our calm apartment building. Close to numerous cafés, bars, restaurants and shops and also to the water and the beautiful island of Långholmen. Bus stops two blocks away, subway 5 min walk and 5 min walk to the airport bus. Families are very welcome (plenty of toys for the children). This is not a party apartment.

The lovely location in the middle of the nature with stunning sea views including cruise ships and sunrises. In your own archipelago garden or on your terrace you can enjoy barbecues, the sound of seagulls or just the peace and quietness. By car you are in the middle of Stockholm in ca. 30-40 minutes. The place is perfect for couples, families with children or single adventurers.
