pilihan Homestay yang pas untuk keluarga 10orng.. Bersih, Aman dan yang penting nyamann.. 4 Kamar Full AC, 3 Kamar Mandi, Dapur, Ruang Keluarga juga luas.. Semua fasilitas juga lengkap ada 2 tv (di lt atas & bawah), kompor, mesin cuci, setrikaan dan alat-alat masak & makan.

We stayed for one night at Mrs. Anissa’s (the host) unit. Mrs. Anissa was very helpful, informative, and responsive. The unit is a house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I was amazed at how squeaky clean the bathroom & the closet were! They also had water heater so you don’t need to worry about showering with cold water in the morning. They provided clean towels, a hairdryer, a clothes iron (+ the ironing board), and a smart TV. Their kitchen was also equipped with a stove, pan, plates, and cutlery. Even though during my stay they didn’t have ACs, they provided three air fans — one in each bedroom and one in the living room. You won’t need AC since Malang has fairly cool weather. The neighborhood is very peaceful and private. I highly recommend Mrs. Anissa’s unit for those who are looking for a good place with reasonable price. They also had a carport suitable for one car. Thank you Mrs. Anissa for letting us stay at your unit. Great hospitality! 🫶

Rumahny sangat bersiiih dan nyaman. Perlengkapan yang tersedia juga cukup lengkap, terawat. Dapurnya juga luas dan bersih dengan perlengkapan memasak yg sangat baik. Kami berisitirahat dengan nyaman di rumah ini. Bu Esti juga sangat responsif dan friendly. Kami akan datang lagi ketika nanti ke Malang.

gak salah kmrn pilih villa ini, rumahnya gede kolam renangnya pun gede. orang dewasa jadi gak mati gaya disana. mgkn karena Masi di daerah bawah masih jauh dari batu jadi wkt malem taon baru gak sbrp keliatan pesta kembang apinya. tapi it's okelah soalnya niat utama bisa kumpul keluarga. klo dipagi hari air kolam nya tidak dingin, jadi bocil" bisa renang sampe puas. tau tau aja sudah jam 11 siang 🤭 mgkn coba di cek utk kloset kmr bawah sama kloset diatas karena pencetan airnya gak bisa diteken. jadi gak bisa bab, yg dikmr bawah akhirnya pake gayung bwt bab 😬 untung ada timba pel-pelan jadi keluarga klo bab dikmr mandi bawah lainnya bagus kok, gak rugi karena rumah, kamar, kmr mandi, poolnya gede. ada water heater, AC, sofa bed pun ada. klo dibatu harga sama tapi dapetnya mini semua 🤭

tempatnya bersih dan rapi, begitu masuk langsung terasa harum seperti baru dibersihkan. fasilitas juga lengkap seperti peralatan memasak, bisa menonton netflix, dan kasur tambahan sehingga cukup untuk ditempati 8 orang. respon penjaga villa sangat cepat saat ada masalah. Tapi sayangnya saat saya menginap ternyata airnya mati, untung penjaga villa cepat merespon dan langsung menyelesaikan masalah walaupun sampai tengah malam. Dan air panas jg sempat mati di pagi hari. terima kasih Pak sukses selalu

Let me start by mentioning that Blitar area is a great homebase alternative to Malang for exploring the area’s natural wonders. And with hosts like Andrew and Regina it is a much better choice. They have made us feel like part of the family during our stay. They are keen to chat and show you secret local spots. Picked us up at the train station. Breakfast was a great pleasant surprise every morning, the rooms were serviced every day, great WiFi was a cherry on top. Andrew offers tours and transportation at great local rates. The house is a little bit out of the way, but the area is gorgeous, and I dream of coming back. Just go for it, and you won’t be disappointed.

Three Bedroom House in the Center of Malang

This warm and lovely house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Malang. Great location: Malang City Point mall and Cyber Mall about 10 minutes on foot, there are some good eateries nearby as well. The house is clean, WiFi was fast, there's cable TV, AC in the living room. The master bedroom didn't have an AC but the other two bedrooms had AC. The rooms were quite spacious and the beds were comfy. There's a bathroom in the master bedroom, a smaller bathroom by the living room, and a sink right next to it (no sink in the second bathroom). The kitchen is clean and well equipped. The host, Dary and his family were amazing. The communication is great, Dary was always quick to respond every single time. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and recommend this place for those who visit Malang.

Feels like home.. sangat bersih dan nyaman.. semuanya lengkap.. bisa masak juga.. dekat dg jatim park 3 hanya 7menit, lokasi di pertengahan antara kota batu dan malang jadi strategis.. disekitaran jg terdapat yg menjual makanan.. Ibu Innas sangat fast respond menjawab semua pertanyaan walaupun kami tiba nya tengah malam.. hehe.. sangat baik sekali.. Terima kasih ya bu.. highly recomended buat keluarga yg mau menginap disini.. 👍
