Πρόκειται για αφιερώματα συντεχνιών και ναυτικών οικογενειών, τα οποία συμμετέχουν με καθορισμένη ιεροτελεστία στον καθαγιασμό των υδάτων στο Λιτόχωρο. A wonderful apartment in front of the sea!

A cozy appartment( 45sq.m) in front of the sea of Perea. Fully renovated in 2021.The speed of wifi is 300 mbps!!! The bus station is 30 meters away. There is a supermarket 80 meters away. You will find a lot of beach bars, traditional taverns and playgrounds while walking at the sidewalk in front of the house. It's on the first floor. There are boats that you can use from Perea to Thessaloniki. The airport is 15km from Perea and Thessaloniki is 25 km from Perea.There are cars for rental!!
